Fight In Prairie View Leads To 3 Arrests: Blotter

ARRESTS

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Joseph G. Goetzinger, 33, of the 300 block of N Cedar Lake Road, Round Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 30 at Route 134 and Wooster Lake, Ingleside. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 6.
  • Dennis G. Oglesby, 36, of the 1000 block of Flossmoor Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no driver's license, and was arrested Sept. 3 at Sheridan Road and Ford Avenue, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 13.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • Salina Peterson-McKinnon, 49, of the 10700 block of W Chaplin Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Aug. 31 at Sheridan and Blanchard roads, Beach Park. She was issued a new court date of Oct. 6.
  • Anthony M. James, 31, of the 300 block of Oak Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Sept. 2 in the 300 block of W Washington Street, Waukegan. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 5.
  • Addison L. Taylor, 34, of the 1800 block of Horeb Avenue, Zion, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Sept. 2 in the 39000 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Her bond was set at $20,000 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 7.
  • Maurice J. Thompson, 49, of the 1900 block of Seymour Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Sept. 4 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $1,500.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Ashley E. Torres, 37, no permanent address, is accused of having a warrant out of McHenry County for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Sept. 1 at Grand Avenue and Lippincott Street, Fox Lake. No bond was set and a future court was to be determined in McHenry County at the time of the report.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

  • Daniel S. Porter, 44, of the 8400 block of Canary Grass Lane, Fox Lake, is accused of having a warrant for criminal trespass to property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Sept. 1 in the 27900 block of Greenwood Avenue, Unincorporated Spring Grove. His bond was set at $23,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 20.
  • Zachary P. Cressler, 28, of the 24900 block of W Clinton Avenue, Unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Sept. 2 in the 24900 block of W Lake Shore Drive, Unincorporated Round Lake. His bond was set at $1,500.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF A CRASH

Randy S. Wickstrom, 63, no permanent address, is accused of leaving the scene of a crash, reckless driving, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 2 at Wadsworth and Sheridan roads, Beach Park. His bond was set at $2,000.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

Deandre D. Bell, 37, of the 1000 block of Glenn Drive, North Chicago, is accused of aggravated speeding (92 mph in a 55 mph zone), no driver's license, and was arrested Sept. 2 at Route 41 and Gage Lane, Lake Forest. Bond was set at $1,500.

VIOLATION OF ORDER OF PROTECTION

Jeffrey A. Peters, 50, of the 38700 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of violation of order of protection, resisting arrest, attempt criminal damage to government property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Sept. 4 in Beach Park. His bond was set at $50,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 22.

Tiffany R. L. Thomas, 40, of the 2100 block of Dickey Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of violation of an order of protection, resisting arrest, and was arrested Sept. 5 in the 12600 block of W Atlantic Avenue, Unincorporated Waukegan. Bond was to be determined and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 7.

BATTERY

  • Alejandro Nieto Olvera, 41, of the 22900 block of N Main Street, Prairie View, is accused of battery, and was arrested Sept. 4 in Prairie View. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 22.
  • Miguel A. Estrada Bustos, 33, of the 22900 block of N Main Street, Prairie View, is accused of battery, and was arrested Sept. 4 in Prairie View. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 22.
  • Jose A. Escobar Consuelos, 22, of the 22900 block of N Main Street, Prairie View, is accused of battery and having a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Sept. 4 in Prairie View. His bond was set at $100,0000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 8.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Pedro Contreras, 27, of Logansport, Indiana, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested Sept. 4 in the 42100 block of N Hanks Avenue, Unincorporated Zion. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 13.

AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON

Matthew Hamilton Demali, 53, of Trevor, Wisconsin, is accused of aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 4 in the 15800 block of Route 173, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $100,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 8.
