FROSH Warriors Compete at CSL North Conference Championships

On Tuesday May 13th the Deerfield FROSH 41 Warriors competed at the 2013 CSL North Conference Invitational at Niles North. The boys are a very improved group and they wanted to show how far their hard work has taken them this season.  Most of our boys had their best meet of the year by far with many Personal Records and I believe they really competed as a TEAM as they really supported and cheered each other with the 41 Philosophy guiding them through every event.

With their great efforts the boys finished 4th 79pts, ahead of Maine East’s 33pts  and Maine Wests 22pts, and behind Highland Parks 125pts, Niles North’s 134pt, and Champion Glenbrook North’s 150pts respectively.   Many of the boys will be competing at the F/S Conference on Friday at Deerfield but for others it is an end to their Frosh Track & Field experience.  What they do in the summer, fall, and winter will be that next step in meeting the landmarks and expectations of Great Deerfield Warrior Track & Field athletes.
