ARRESTS

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE

Eliese Ham, 41, of the 12800 block of W. Harrison Avenue, unincorporated Waukegan, is accused of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, criminal trespass to a vehicle, and was arrested Nov. 11 in the 12700 block of W. Keith Avenue, unincorporated Waukegan. She was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 11.

Sinthia A. Odoms, 45, no permanent address, is accused of criminal trespass to property, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Nov. 11 in the 39100 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 11.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Patience J. Cedzidlo, 40, of the 20900 block of W. Verona Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Nov. 11 in the 20900 block of W. Verona Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa. She was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 9.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

  • Carlos E. Silva, 45, no permanent address, is accused of criminal damage to government property, and was arrested Nov. 12 at Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges and was assigned a court date of Nov. 19.
  • Anthony Coleman, 49, of the 1600 block of N. Sheridan Road, North Chicago, had a warrant for criminal damage to government property, and was arrested Nov. 14 in the 1800 block of N. Lewis Avenue, North Chicago. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 21.

BATTERY

  • Yaid Rodriguez-Parra, 28, of the 1300 block of Harvey Avenue, Berwyn, is accused of battery, and was arrested Nov. 12 at the Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges at the time of the report. A court date of Dec. 9 was assigned.
  • Kevin Aguilar, 28, of the 1700 block of Westbrook Drive, Waukegan, is accused of battery, and was arrested Nov. 12 at Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges at the time of his arrest. A court date of Dec. 4. was assigned.
  • Donovan McLeod, 29, of the 4700 block of Arbor Drive, Rolling Meadows, is accused of battery, obstructing a correctional officer, and was arrested Nov. 12 at Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges at the time of his arrest. A future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
  • Donald M. Shifflett, III, 20, of the 9200 block of W. Rachel Drive, Wonder Lake, is accused of battery, obstructing a correctional officer, and was arrested Nov. 12 at the Lake County Jail. A court date of Dec. 16 was assigned.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Yakson G. Lacayo-Gomez, 32, of the 2600 block of Horeb Avenue, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 12 at Green Bay and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Antonio D. Riley, 51, of the 26300 block of Blackhawk Avenue, Ingleside, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing identification, driving while license, suspended, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 12 at Rollins Road and Hillside Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 8, 2025.
  • Tim Culotta, 45, of the 39400 block of N. Park Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant out of McHenry County for DUI, and was arrested Nov. 16 in the 39400 block of Route 59, unincorporated Lake Villa. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.
  • Fernando Arellanes-Ramierez, 41, of the 1500 block of Broadway Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 17 at Lewis Avenue and MLK Jr. Drive, North Chicago. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 4.
  • Christine M. Slayton, 57, of the 12900 block of W. Clarendon Road, Beach Park, had a warrant for DUI alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 17 in the 1300 block of N. Sheridan Road, Waukegan. She was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 4.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

Daniel J. Young, 45, of the 2400 block of Barrett Drive, North Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 12 at Lewis and Leland avenues, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

Sky M. Reiter, 18, of the 13400 block of W. Tyler Avenue, unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of aggravated speeding (116 mph in a 55 mph zone), and was arrested Nov. 12 at Skokie Highway and Buckley Road, North Chicago. She was released following her arrest.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Alec M. Turner-Cretan, 30, of the 36900 block of Alice Lane, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested Nov. 12 in the 37400 block of N. Granada Boulevard, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of his arrest and was assigned a court date of Nov. 19.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Nelly Gonzalez, 53, of the 2400 block of Dugdale Road, Waukegan, had a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested Nov. 15 in the 0-100 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. A bond of $16,000 was assigned, with a court date set for Jan. 9, 2025.

THEFT

  • Marla M. Rice, 41, of the 0-100 block of Senica Avenue, Hawthorn Woods, had a warrant for theft, and was arrested Nov. 15 at Grand Avenue and Dilleys Road, Gurnee. She was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 4.
  • Angelica L. Aleman, 28, of the 2400 block of Mallard Drive, Lindenhurst, is accused of theft, criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Nov. 16 in the 41400 block of N. Route 45, unincorporated Antioch. She was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 18.

HOME INVASION

Pawel Baginski, 41, of the 39400 block of N. Park Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of home invasion, residential burglary, criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Nov. 16 in the 39400 block of N. Park Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of his arrest. A court date of Nov. 19 was assigned.

ASSAULT

Jhonjairo Sierra, 29, no permanent address, is accused of assault, criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Nov. 16 in the 37800 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 23, 2025.
