Home Invasion Warrant Arrest Made: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Willie K. Lewis, 48, of the 400 block of Niagara Drive, Volo, had a warrant out of DuPage County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Dec. 9 in the 400 block of Niagara Drive, Volo. A future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Anthony B. Buccieri, 44, of the 20800 block of Siena Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 14 at Nathan Hale Road and Eagle Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released following his arrest.

HOME INVASION

Antonio M. Calderon, 34, of the 900 block of Edwards Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for home invasion, and was arrested Dec. 9 in the 4100 block of Fountain Square, Waukegan. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and assigned a court date of Jan. 2, 2025.

TRESPASSING

Anthony Kirrell, 22, of the 5200 block of George Court, Gurnee, is accused of trespassing, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested Dec. 10 at Route 45 and Gages Lake Road, Third Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 13, 2025.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO VEHICLE

Mikkell D. White, 27, of the 2900 block of 31st Street, Zion, had a warrant for criminal trespass to a vehicle, and was arrested Dec. 11 in the 1400 block of N. Lewis Avenue, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 23, 2025.

RETAIL THEFT

Eleaquim Morales-Garrido, 46, of the 2100 block of W. Touhy Avenue, Chicago, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested Dec. 12 in the 100 block of N. Milwaukee Avenue, Lincolnshire. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 27, 2025.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Parker B. Rohde, 58, of the 33600 block of N. Gages Lake Drive, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, and was arrested Dec. 12 in the 500 block of Rockland Road, unincorporated Lake Bluff. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 29, 2025.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Mario J. Morales, 35, of the 1500 block of Hamilton Court, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Dec. 14 at Lies and Yorkhouse avenues, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 3, 2025.
• Julio C. Barroso, 36, of the 900 block of Grand Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 14 in the 28500 block of Sky Crest Drive, unincorporated Mundelein. He was released following his arrest and was assigned a court date of Feb. 5, 2025.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

• Patience J. Cedzidlo, 40, of the 20900 block of W. Verona Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Dec. 14 at Monaville Road and Cedar Lake Road, unincorporated Lake Villa. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a future court date was to be determined.
• Albert Smith, 60, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, obstructing justice, and was arrested Dec. 15 in the 0-100 block of MLK Jr. Avenue, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 8, 2025.

BATTERY

Joseph S. Cali, 39, of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, is accused of battery, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Dec. 15 in the 26000 block of Route 173, unincorporated Antioch. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 27, 2025.
