LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Lloydell L. Price, 38, of the 300 block of McKinley Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for identity theft, continuing a financial crimes enterprise, money laundering, and was arrested April 21 in the 1800 block of Countryside Drive, unincorporated Libertyville. He was released and assigned a court date of April 30.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • Christian A. Russell, 26, of the 4100 block of Continental Drive, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, suspended registration, and was arrested April 21 at Routes 21 and 120, unincorporated Gurnee. He was released following his arrest.
  • Benjamin Campos, Jr., 40, of the 40200 block of N. West Shore Drive, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of aggravated driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested April 22 at W. Lake Shore Drive and N. David Court, Ingleside. He was released and assigned a court date of May 8.

RETAIL THEFT

  • Uriel Morales-Vargas, 42, of the 100 block of E. Hammond Street, Mundelein, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested April 22 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of April 29.
  • Colton E. Wald, 31, of the 3300 block of Colgate Avenue, Zion, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested April 23 in the 0-100 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of May 21.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Anthony M. Vara-Bibiano, 20, of the 600 block of Lenox Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant out of Cook County for criminal damage to property, and was arrested April 22 in the 25200 block of W. Lake Shore Drive, Ingleside. A future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Manuel J. Navarrete, 27, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested April 23 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of July 2.
  • Victor M. Marcial, 21, of the 3400 block of Meadow Crest Circle, Gurnee, is accused of DUI alcohol, driving while license suspended, reckless driving, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested April 24 at Green Bay Road and Bonnie Brooke Lane, unincorporated Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of July 16.
  • Terrell Montez Nash, 31, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of aggravated DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, driving while license revoked, and was arrested April 25 at Routes 41 and 173, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of May 12.

HOME INVASION

Robert J. Gerstner, 50, of the 34500 block of N. Leonard Street, Ingleside, had a warrant for home invasion, aggravated battery, and was arrested April 24 at Rollins Road and Adams Avenue, Fox Lake. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report, with a court date of May 9 assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Michael J. Fischer, 49, of the 400 block of Garfield Avenue, Fox Lake, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing and eluding, no insurance, and was arrested April 24 at Rollins Road and Adams Avenue, Fox Lake. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report, with a court date of May 21 assigned.
