Homeless Pair Accused Of Burglary: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

ARRESTS

DOMESTIC BATTERY

  • Jarin M. Oseguera-Lopez, 27, of the 38200 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, had a warrant for aggravated domestic battery, and was arrested Oct. 3 in the 0-100 block o0f S. County Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Nov. 3 was assigned.
  • Steven W. Garrett, 52, of the 31200 block of N. Route 45, unincorporated Libertyville, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Oct. 6, in the unincorporated Libertyville. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of Oct. 11 was assigned.

  • A 35-year-old Waukegan resident is accused of driving with no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 3 at Green Bay Road and Blanchard Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.
  • A juvenile is accused of driving with no driver's license, and was arrested Oct. 4 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park.
  • A 42-year-old North Chicago resident is accused of driving with no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 6 at Green Bay and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.
  • A 21-year-old Kenosha, Wisconsin, resident is accused of driving with no driver's license, illegal transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Oct. 9 at Wadsworth and Delany roads, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.

ARMED ROBBERY

A juvenile is accused of armed robbery, and was arrested Oct. 4 in the 37300 block of N. Capillo Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa.

UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON

Nicholas T. Niminski, Jr., 37, of the 28000 block of W. Main Street, unincorporated Wauconda, had a warrant for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, and was arrested Oct. 4 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released per court and was assigned a court date of Oct. 11.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

  • A 35-year-old Waukegan resident is accused of driving while license revoked, driving while registration suspended, and was arrested Oct. 4 at Routes 45 and 120, Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • A 33-year-old Round Lake Beach resident is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Oct. 5 at Rollins and Drury roads, unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $1,500.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

A 39-year-old North Chicago resident is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested Oct. 5 in the 39000 block of Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Nov. 2 was assigned.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO RESIDENCE

  • Joseph R. Reyna, 23, of the 1600 block of Woodridge Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of criminal trespass to residence, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and was arrested Oct. 5 in the 20500 block of N. Florence Avenue, unincorporated Lincolnshire. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Nov. 3 was assigned.
  • Joshua A. Davis-Cordero, 18, of the 35700 block of N. Watson Drive, Ingleside, is accused of criminal trespass to residence, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and was arrested Oct. 5 in the 20500 block of N. Florence Avenue, unincorporated Lincolnshire. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Oct. 21 was assigned.

ENDANGERING THE LIFE/HEALTH OF A CHILD

Sandis Ruhl, 34, of the 24500 block of W. Norelius Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake, had a warrant issued for endangering the life/health of a child, and was arrested Oct. 6 in unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $50,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

BURGLARY

Joseph M. Grana, 35, no permanent address, and Destinie Griggs, 37, no permanent address, are accused of burglary, possession of burglary tools, and were arrested Oct. 6 in the 38100 block of N. Cornell Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $20,000 for Grana and $10,000 for Griggs. A court date of Nov. 2 was assigned to both.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Kurtis Johnson, 41, of the 300 block of Terra Springs Circle, Volo, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, aggravated driving while license revoked, and was arrested Oct. 7 in Volo. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Oct. 18 was assigned.
  • Francisco Garcia Mariano, 46, of the 3100 block of Gabriel Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with no driver's license, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 8 at Carnahan and Lewis avenues, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000.

ID THEFT

Donnie W. Epling, 56, of the 31200 block of Route 45, unincorporated Libertyville, had a warrant for ID theft, obstructing justice, criminal damage to property, and was arrested Oct. 7 at Route 45 and Casey Road, Grayslake. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Oct. 18 was assigned.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Paul E. Garcia, 79, of the 400 block of N. Sheridan Road, Waukegan, had a warrant for disorderly conduct, and was arrested Oct. 9 at Routes 41 and 173, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $25,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

RECKLESS DRIVING

Amy J. Kutzler, 45, of the Geneva, Wisconsin, had a warrant out of McHenry County for reckless driving, and was arrested Oct. 9 in the 25200 block of W. Timber Lane, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $1,500 and a future court date in McHenry Court was to be determined at the time of the report.
