Interstate 94 Backed Up For Miles Due To Crash Near Deerfield: Report
The Friday morning multi-vehicle crash occurred in the northbound lane before Half Day Road, according to a report.
DEERFIELD, IL — Your Friday morning commute may be a little longer than normal if you're driving on Interstate 94 near Deerfield. WBBM is reporting a multi-vehicle crash occurred just before 7:30 a.m. in the northbound Tri-State lane near Half Day Road.
According to a tweet from WBBM, traffic is backed up for at least three miles near Lake Cook Road.
At 8:49 a.m., a representative from the Illinois State Police told Patch troopers "are not handling anything in that area."
