Jim Beam Toasts Deerfield

The senior vice president for corporate communications and public affairs for Beam Suntory (Jim Beam Bourbon) praised the village of Deerfield and the North Shore region in a recent Chicago Tribune story.

“This is a terrific area for our employees to work on the North Shore and in Deerfield.,” said Clarkson Hine. “ It’s walking distance from the Lake Cook Road Metra stop so people can easily get here from downtown.”

The article points out the company employs more than 400 people at their headquarters at 510 Lake Cook Rd. in Deerfield including a number of local resident.

Employee Leslie Jensen of Deerfield praised the company for helping her further her education and career.

“You can’t beat a one-mile commute,” she said. “Beam Suntory is practically in my back yard. Beam Suntory supported me when I went back to school and offers further learning opportunities.”
