Juvenile Files False Police Report: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter
The juvenile is also accused of battery and was arrested Friday, according to police.

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court.
Every person arrested is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
ARRESTS
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

- Eric J. Barnett, 42, of the 200 block of S. Park Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested March 17 at Lewis Avenue and Golf Road, Waukegan. He was released following his arrest.
- Cyrvon D. Harvey, 25, of the 2400 block of Luke Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, suspended registration, and was arrested March 17 at Beach Road and Coolidge Avenue, Beach Park. They were released following their arrest.
- Alejandro Aguilar, 30, of the 2400 block of Yeoman Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested March 17 at Route 120 and Green Bay Road, Waukegan. He was released following his arrest.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Vladzislav Ivashkevich, of the 1100 block of Ashbrook Road, Mundelein, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested March 18 at Route 21 and Woodland Parkway, Vernon Hills. He was released following his arrest and assigned a court date of April 23.
- Carlos Ramirez, 44, of the 500 block of George Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested March 19 at Route 173 and Blackhawk Drive, Zion. He was released and assigned a court date of May 7.
- Natividad Lopez, 23, of the 3000 block of Enoch Avenue, Zion, is accused of DUI alcohol, child endangerment, and was arrested March 21 at Sheridan Road and 23rd Street, Zion. Lopez was released and assigned a court date of April 30.
- Cesar Vailo-Murillo, 44, of the 300 block of Prairie Ridge Drive, Winthrop Harbor, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested March 22 at Green Bay Road and 29th Street, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of May 21.
- Giselle Jimenez, 27, of the 33000 block of N. Eastwood Road, Grayslake, had a warrant for aggravated DUI, and was arrested March 22 in the 33000 block of N. Eastwood Road, Grayslake. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of March 31 was assigned.
BATTERY

- Whisper M. ONeal, 29, of the 3000 block of Salem Boulevard, Zion, is accused of aggravated battery to a correctional officer, and was arrested March 20 in the 20 block of S. Martin Luther King, Waukegan. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of April 3 was assigned.
- A juvenile is accused of battery, false police report, and was arrested March 21 in the 38000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park.
- Fawne J. Baker, 47, of the 1200 block of 14th Street, North Chicago, had a warrant for aggravated battery, assault, domestic battery, and was arrested March 21 in the 10 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. A future court date in DeKalb County was to be determined at the time of the report.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
- Veronica B. Carlin, 33, of the 2100 block of Jethro Avenue, Zion, had a warrant for criminal damage to property, and was arrested March 22 in the 2100 block of Jethro Avenue, Zion. She was released and assigned a court date of April 16.
- Gilberto Salinas Serrano, 34, of the 2100 block of Jethro Avenue, Zion, had a warrant for criminal damage to property, and was arrested March 22 in the 2100 block of Jethro Avenue, Zion. He was released and assigned a court date of April 16.
