Joan W. Maddox, 82, of Lincolnshire, passed away peacefully at her home on May 2, 2015, D.A.R. Beloved wife of Tom; loving mother of Lyn Maddox, Cathy (Paul) Blum, Bonnie (Greg) Hayes, Tim (Sherri), Mike (Michelle), Mark (Sue), Tommy, and Liz Maddox; cherished grandmother of 24 and great grandmother of 5; dear aunt of many. A visitation will be held Tuesday, May 5, 2015 from 4:00-8:00 pm at Kelley & Spalding Funeral Home, 1787 Deerfield Rd. Highland Park, IL. A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2015 10:00 am at St. Patrick’s Church, 950 W. Everett Rd. Lake Forest, IL. Interment All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines, IL.
