Local Leaders Join CEL's Board of Directors
The Center for Enriched Living adds four new board members to its board of directors.

The Center for Enriched Living (CEL), a non-profit organization headquartered in north suburban Riverwoods, announced that Tommy Baboulas, Mark Bernstein, Chris Grigoriou and Erin Greitens have joined its board of directors. CEL enriches the lives of teens and adults with developmental disabilities through social, recreational, educational and employment opportunities.
“These leaders will be instrumental as we move forward with our next strategic plan,” said Executive Director, Harriet Levy.
- Tommy Baboulas of Des Plaines, Senior Manager – CDW Business Development at Tech Data, has been involved with CEL for the past several years and wanted to get more involved beyond giving a check.
- Mark S. Bernstein of Deerfield, Partner at Akerman LLP, has been intimately involved with CEL for the past 10 years. He’s seen the transformative effect CEL programs have had on his 24-year-old daughter, Rachel, a CEL member for 10 years.
- Erin Greitens of Northbrook, VP Director Project Management at Leo Burnett started as a volunteer in one of CEL’s evening programs but wanted to make a bigger impact by being involved in the organization’s strategic future.
- Chris Grigoriou of Arlington Heights, Business Development Manager at Tech Data, brings his entrepreneurial spirit and multifaceted experience as CEL looks to the next 5 years and beyond.
Levy continues, “Our board ambassadors advocate, fundraise and help sustain this $3.7 million privately-funded organization. Their efforts will help us as we embark on our ambitious 2023 strategic plan.”
