Man Accused Of Battering Peace Officer: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

- Ricardo Gutierrez, 49, of the 400 block of W. Forest Avenue, Round Lake, had a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested July 11 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of July 27 was assigned.
- Aaron Turner, 34, of the 300 block of Farmingdale Drive, Vernon Hills, had a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested July 11 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $150,000 and a court date of July 19 was assigned.
HARASSING COMMUNICATION
Jason A. Nast, 37, of the 700 block of Briarwood Drive, Wheeling, had a warrant out of Cook County for harassing communication, and was arrested July 11 in the 7200 block of Grand Avenue, Gurnee. There was no bond in the case and a future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Ivan Jimenez-Rosendo, 19, of the 0-100 block of Philippa Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, reckless driving, fleeing to elude, driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested July 11 at Lewis Avenue and Edgewood Lane, Waukegan. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of July 19 was assigned.
- Deserey E. Motyka, 26, of the 38000 block of N. Russell Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested July 12 at 31st Street and Sheridan Road, Zion. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Sept. 6 was assigned.
- Christina M. Morales, 22, of the 5200 block of Glenbrook Trail, McHenry, is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested July 12 at Sheridan Road and Kings Way Drive, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 16 was assigned.
RESISTING A PEACE OFFICER
Michael Crow, 47, of the 6400 block of Hillcrest Road, Cary, had a warrant out of McHenry County for resisting a peace officer, and was arrested July 11 at Route 12 and Deer Park Boulevard, Deer Park. Bond was set at $7,500 at a future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED
Randall Schoenke, 50, of the 2300 block of W. Grass Lake Road, Antioch, had a warrant for driving while license suspended, and was arrested July 12 in the 1700 block of Nicole Avenue, Round Lake Beach. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of July 21 was assigned.
DOMESTIC BATTERY
David C. Rupp, 64, of the 33000 block of W. Grass Lake Road, Antioch, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested July 12 in the 33000 block of N. Cove Road, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date of July 20 was assigned.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Cara M. Leptich, 44, of the 27100 block of W. Park Avenue, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, had a warrant out of McHenry County for violation of a court order, and was arrested July 14 in the 27100 block of W. Park Avenue, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of July 18 was assigned.
ASSAULT
Armando Paredes, 33, of the 24300 block of W. Tyler Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of assault, and was arrested July 15 in the 2300 block of W. Tyler Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Aug. 14 was assigned.
BATTERY
Robert A. Onopa, 45, of the 900 block of S. Warrington Road, Des Plaines, is accused of battery, disorderly conduct, and was arrested July 15 in the 27700 block of W. Grass Lake Road, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $1,500 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A PEACE OFFICER
Jose A. Hernandez, 42, of the 5800 block of S. Mobile Avenue, Chicago, is accused of aggravated battery to a peace officer, disorderly conduct, and was arrested July 15 in the 27700 block of W. Grass Lake Road, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of July 26 was assigned.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Max B. Sanders, 22, of the 800 block of Auburn Lane, Lindenhurst, is accused of disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of a fraudulent ID card, and was arrested July 15 in the 27800 block of W. Grass Lake Road, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Aug. 10 was assigned.
