Man Accused Of Battery To A Victim Over 60, Using Weapon: Blotter

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Kathryn M. Willin, 39, of the 37100 block of N. Fairview Lane, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested Nov. 8 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan.
• Manuel G. Lopez, 32, of the 36000 block of N. Green Bay Road, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving while license revoked, illegal transportation of alcohol, and a warrant for DUI, and was arrested Nov. 8 at Newcastle and Yorkhouse roads, Waukegan. His bond was set at $50,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 6.
• Jacqueline Guararrama, 28, of the 2200 block of Dover Road, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, failure to secure child in a safety seat, child endangerment, and was arrested Nov. 9 at Yorkhouse and Green Bay roads, Beach Park. Her bond was set at $50,000 and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 22.
• Erick Flores, 27, of the 10500 block of Marc Court, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 10 at Lewis Avenue and Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 22.
• Yuri Reyes, 36, of the 2000 block of Gideon Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 11 at Yorkhouse Road and Garnett Avenue, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 29.
• Jose A. Cordova, 43, of the 1100 block of Brentwood Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 11 at Route 59 and Monaville Road, Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 29.
• Amy J. Conwell, 34, of the 300 block of Harden Street, Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 12 in the 900 block of Hillside Avenue, Antioch. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Dec. 29.
• Santhosh Kumar Raju, 32, of the 1400 block of Downing Place, Mundelein, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 12 at Route 83 and Point Boulevard, Long Grove. Bond was set at $3,000 and Raju was assigned a court date of Dec. 29.
• Michael A. Greenwood, 25, of the 900 block of 13th Street, North Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 12 at 21st and Lewis Avenue, Zion. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 29.
• Adrian Alvarez Velazquez, 40, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 13 at Lewis Avenue and Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 5.

SPEEDING

• Eduardo A. Orellana-Pardo, 24, of the 4100 block of Brentwood Lane, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated speeding (89 mph in a 40 mph zone), and was arrested Nov. 8 at Green Bay and Yorkhouse roads, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $1,500.
• John Perapadam Devasia, 54, of the 1600 block of N. Berwick Boulevard, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated speeding (78 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested Nov. 8 at Green Bay and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.

BATTERY

• Christina D. Rudea, 29, of the 2700 block of Washington Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant out of McHenry County for aggravated battery, and was arrested Nov. 9 in the 2600 block of Washington Street, Waukegn. There was no bond and a court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Jeffrey A. Witt, 59, of the 40800 block of N. Timberland Trail, Wadsworth, is accused of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated battery with a victim over 60, and was arrested Nov. 12 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $30,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 22.
• Jeremy L. Mitchell, 31, no permanent address, is accused of battery to a correctional officer, and was arrested Nov. 8 at Lake County Jail. He is being held on other charges and was assigned a court date of Nov. 23.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

Millicent L. Haller, 30, of the 0-100 block of Captains Court, Lakemoor, of the 0-100 block of Captains Court, Lakemoor, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Nov. 9 in the 31700 block of N. Route 12, Volo. Bond was set at $50,000 and Haller was assigned a court date of Dec. 2.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Lisamarie E. Locklear, 27, of Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Nov. 9 in Unincorporated Antioch. Her bond was set at $20,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Carlos Ramirez Cervantes, 54, of the 38600 block of North Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Nov. 10 at 30th Street and Sheridan Road, Zion. His bond was set at $1,500.
• Wilson Amador, 26, of the 1500 block of North Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Nov. 11 at Route 41 and Wasworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Lanee A. Wade, 18, of the 3100 block of Gabriel Avenue, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 12 at Sheridan and Mawman roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Marc E. Perry, 60, of the 1100 block of Westwood Trail, Addison, is accused of having a warrant out of DuPage County for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Nov. 10 in the 26000 block of Route 134, Ingleside. His bond was set at $50,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

FORGERY

Alyssa Denis, 22, of the 12900 block of W. Lee Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for forgery, and was arrested Nov. 11 in Waukegan. Her bond was set at $150,000 and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 17.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Damarcus J. Timberlake, 26, of the 700 block of E. Golf Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 11 at Route 45 and Innovation Way, Libertyville. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Pedro D. Perez Gastelon, 28, of the 2300 block of Elim Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, driving while license plates suspended, and was arrested Nov. 12 at Routes 21 and 137, Libertyville. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Christopher L. Cochran-Woods, 27, of the 3200 block of Bethel Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 13 at Route 45 and Rollins Road, Unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Adrian G. Villareal, Jr., 26, of the 1400 block of Jackson Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 13 at Lewis Avenue and Yorkhouse Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.

RECKLESS DRIVING

• Tyan J. Brown, 18, of the 1900 block of Sherwood Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of reckless driving, and was arrested Nov. 12 at Old McHenry Road and Cuba Road, Long Grove. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Jesus A. Zuniga, 20, of the 1500 block of Vineyard Drive, Gurnee, is accused of reckless driving, open transportation of alcohol, unlawful possession of cannabis, and was arrested Nov. 13 at North and Pickford avenues, Beach Park. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 22.
