Unlawful Cultivation Of Allowable Pot Plants Arrest Made: Blotter
An Unincorporated Lake Villa man is accused of planting marijuana plants illegally: Lake County Sheriff's Office Blotter.

ARRESTS
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Ryan S. Johnson, 34, of the 40100 block of N. Donald Drive, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested on Nov. 1 in Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 30.
- Barry M. Collins, 57, of the 25300 block of W. Park Court, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 4 in Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $75,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 9.
- Daniel Gloria, 31, of the 1000 block of Porter Street Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for an aggravated driving under the influence, and was arrested Nov. 5 at W. Milburn Road and N. Main Street, Old Mill Creek. His bond was set at $250,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 9.
- Javier A. Henriquez, 23, of the 1900 block of Jethro Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 5 at Yorkhouse and Charleston roads, Waukegan. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 22.
- Michael B. McCleish, 32, of the 400 block of W. Russell Street, Barrington, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 5 at Route 22 and Kelsey Road, Lake Barrington. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 15.
- Kevon W. Almond, 35, of the 1600 block of Loreli Drive, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, aggravated speeding (92 mph in a 50 mph zone), and was arrested Nov. 6 at Route 173 and Kenosha Road, Unincorporated Zion. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 29.
- Kyle J. Harrison, 30, of the 23500 block of Beach Grove Road, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 6 at Route 134 and Wilson Road, Ingleside. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 29.
- William N. Stephanse, 28, of Trevor, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 6 at Grass Lake and Ackerman roads, Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 29.

Gregory C. Mahoney, 68, of the 35300 block of Hickory Lane, Unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of battery, and was arrested on Nov. 1 in Unincorporated Round Lake His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 30.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Paliy Gen, 40, of the 21600 block of W. Maurine Drive, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of criminal trespass to property, leaving the scene of a property damage crash, and was arrested Nov. 1 in the 21600 block of Unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $1,500 and Gen was assigned a court date of Nov. 19.
NO DRIVER'S LICENSE
Oscar Garcia, 24, of the 400 block of 11th Street, North Chicago, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 1 at N. Kilbourne Road and W. Kazmer Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $2,000.

THEFT
Steven R. Hook, 37, of the 41600 block of Dot Place, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of theft, and was arrested Nov 2 in the 25900 block of Oak Lane, Antioch. His bond was set at $40,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 16.
UNLAWFUL CULTIVATION OF ALLOWABLE CANNABIS PLANTS
Ryan A. Hartung, 47, of the 25400 block of W. Cedar Crest Lane, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of unlawful cultivation of allowable cannabis plants, and was arrested Nov. 4 in Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 7.
RETAIL THEFT
Danyel A. John, 34, of the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant out of McDonough County for retail theft, and was arrested Nov. 4 at Wadsworth and Delany roads, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $5,000 and he was assigned a future court date in McDonough County was to be determined at the time of the report.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED
- Marissa A. Rodriguez, 27, of the 0-100 block of Holly Court Terrace, Lake Zurich, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 6 at Route 176 and Fairfield Road, Unincorporated Mundelein. Her bond was set at $2,500.
- Kible B. Menard, 31, of the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license revoked, resisting arrest, Illinois Department of Corrections parole violation, and was arrested Nov. 6 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $50,000 and Menard was assigned a court date of Nov. 10.
- Maurico L. Villaneuva-Garcia, 21, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Nov. 6 at Route 173 and Delany Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.
PAROLE VIOLATION
Anthony Buda, 33, of the West Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of having a warrant out of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for a parole violation, and was arrested Nov. 5 at Yorkhouse and Green Bay roads, Beach Park. There was no bond and a future court date with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections was to be determined at the time of the report.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF FIREARM AMMUNITION
Douglas A. Artrip, 40, of the 2900 block of Gideon Avenue, Zion, is accused of unlawful possession of firearm ammunition, and was arrested Nov. 7 in the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 1.
