Man Accused Of Manufacturing Cannabis: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

ARRESTS

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

Arturo Caballero, 25, of the 1200 block of Regent Drive, Mundelein, had a warrant for driving while license suspended, and was arrested July 24 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Aug. 1 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Nathan T. Nguyen, 41, of the 700 block of Keller Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested July 25 in the 600 block of Washington Avenue, unincorporated Lake Bluff. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Aug. 3 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Ashley M. Precht, 35, of the 2700 block of W. Hartigan Road, Volo, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested July 26 in the 2700 block of Hartigan Road, Volo. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 30 was assigned.
• Bethany A. Stull, 43, of the 32900 block of N. John Mogg Road, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested July 26 at Route 120 and Mill Road, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 30 was assigned.
• Jairo J. Ramirez-Bello, 43, of the 1200 block of Pheasant Run, Zion, is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested July 29 in the 11400 block of W. Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 23 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Michael D. Hart, 36, of the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested July 26 in the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Aug. 14 was assigned.
• Quincy D. Daniels, 40, of the 1900 block of 20th Street, Zion, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested July 28 in the 38600 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Aug. 9 was assigned.
• Nicholas Sternaman, 26, of the 100 block of Adler Drive, Libertyville, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested July 29 at Green Bay Road and Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Aug. 9 was assigned.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Jason L. Moore, 39, of the 1000 block of Argonne Drive, North Chicago, had a warrant for criminal damage to property, and was arrested July 27 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Aug. 30 was assigned.

PAROLE VIOLATION

Matthew W. Emskamp, 38, of the 39400 block of N. Oak Avenue, unincorporated Antioch, had a warrant for parole violation, and was arrested July 27 in the 39400 block of N. Oak Avenue, unincorporated Antioch. There was no bond in the case. A future court date with the Illinois Department of Corrections was to be determined at the time of the report.

BATTERY

• Jaime Jones, 34, of the 1800 block of N. Cedar Lake Road, Round Lake Beach, is accused of battery, and was arrested July 28 at Lake County Jail. There was no bond as Jones was being held on other charges. A court date of Sept. 25 was assigned.
• Feliciyunna Spruille, 23, of the 9100 block of W. Oaks Avenue, Des Plaines, is accused of battery, and was arrested July 29 at Lake County Jail. There was no bond as Spruille was being held on other charges. A court date of Sept. 25 was assigned.
• Michal L. Brown, 62, of the 1500 block of Prescott Drive, Volo, is accused of aggravated battery to a peace officer, obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest, and was arrested July 28 in the 1500 block of Prescott Drive, Volo.

THEFT OF SERVICES

Irine C. Bankston, 69, of the 1400 block of Jackson Street, North Chicago, is accused of theft of services, and was arrested July 28 in the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Aug. 24 was assigned.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Jaclyn R. Marquardt, 34, of the 3000 block of Grand Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for aggravated assault, and was arrested July 28 in the 800 block of Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville. Bond was set at $75,000 and a court date of Aug. 3 was assigned.

MANUFACTURING/DELIVERY OF CANNABIS

Omar M. Swartz, 21, of the 12900 block of Hart Street, Beach Park, is accused of manufacturing/delivery of cannabis, aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, and was arrested July 29 at 33rd Street and Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $40,000 and a court date of Aug. 1 was assigned.
