A warrant was obtained for Jason L. Moore, 38, of the 1000 block of Argonne Drive, North Chicago, for criminal damage to state supported property, on July 17 at the Lake County Jail. Bond was set at $100,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Emmanuel J. January, 28, of the 200 block of Miraflores Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested July 17 in the 10 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Aug. 1 was assigned.
BATTERY
- Kaleb S. Brown, 21, of the 36700 block of N. Lawrence Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of battery, and was arrested July 18 at the Lake County Jail. There was no bond as he was being held on other charges and a court date of Aug. 17 was assigned.
- Angel P. Padilla, 23, of the 1000 block of 8th Street, North Chicago, is accused of battery, and was arrested July 18 at Lake County Jail. There was no bond as he was being held on other charges and a court date of Aug. 2 was assigned.
- Aron Acosta, 23, of the 300 block of Meadow Green Lane, Round Lake Beach, is accused of battery, and was arrested July 18 at the Lake County Jail. There was no bond as he was being held on other charges and a court date of Aug. 8 was assigned.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE
Bradley K. Mynor, 42, no permanent address, had warrant out of Kenosha County, Wisconsin, for unauthorized use of a vehicle, new charge of obstructing identification, and was arrested July 18 in the 34300 block of N. Route 45, Third Lake. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of July 27 was assigned.

SHOPLIFTING
Keith A. Knigge, 46, of the 39000 block of W. Lakeview Avenue, Ingleside, had a warrant out of McHenry County for shoplifting, new charge of obstructing identification, and was arrested July 18 in the 34300 block of N. Route 45, Third Lake. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of July 31 was assigned.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF REGISTRATION
James M. Webb, 38, of the 1200 block of Main Street, Antioch, is accused of unlawful possession of registration, no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested July 18 in the 1900 block of Route 83, Round Lake Beach. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of July 28 was assigned.
DOMESTIC BATTERY
- Halicia F. Hofmann, 33, of the 27500 block of Brandenburg Road, Ingleside, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested July 18 in the 27500 block of Brandenburg Road, Ingleside. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of July 26 was assigned.
- Joe S. Criel, 53, of the 25800 block of N. Midlothain Road, unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested July 23 in the 25800 block of N. Midlothian Road, unincorporated Mundelein. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of July 28 was assigned.
THEFT
Reina D. Beauchamp, 28, of the 1700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Waukegan, had a warrant for theft, domestic battery, and was arrested July 19 at Amstutz Expressway and Grand Avenue, Waukegan. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date of July 24 was assigned.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Justin L. Voigt, 27, of the 11300 block of W. Ames Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 20 at Wadsworth Road and Garrett Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 30 was assigned.
- David R. Eberman, 38, of the 200 block of Park Avenue, Antioch, had a warrant for aggravated DUI, criminal trespass to property, and was arrested July 20 in the 39100 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $75,000 and a court date of July 26 was assigned.
- Jackulyn M. Lollis, 27, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested July 21 at Route 120 and County Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 9 was assigned.
LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT
Jesus Del Rio Madrigal, 18, of the 4100 block of Gregory Drive, Zion, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested July 20 at Wadsworth Road and Lewis Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
ATTEMPTED AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A PEACE OFFICER
Kyale Evans, 24, of the 28400 block of Kelsey Court, unincorporated Barrington, is accused of attempted aggravated battery to a peace officer, criminal damage to property, assault, and was arrested July 21 in the 28400 block of Kelsey Court, unincorporated Barrington. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of July 28 was assigned.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
Christopher R. Smith, 36, of the 36300 block of Route 41, unincorporated Gurnee, had a warrant out of McHenry County for residential burglary, and was arrested July 21 at Grass Lake Road and Lake Shore Drive, unincorporated Spring Grove. Bond was set at $75,000. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.
ATTEMPTING TO FLEE/ELUDE
Robert P. Dale, 45, of the 1500 block of Lorelai Drive, Zion, had a warrant out of Kenosha County, Wisconsin, for attempting to flee/elude, and was arrested July 21 at Delany and Wadsworth roads. Bond was set at $500,000 and a court date of July 24 was assigned.
TRAFFIC OFFENSES
Ismael H. Asad, 39, of the 700 block of Sycamore Court, Lindenhurst, had a warrant out of Kane County for traffic offenses, and was arrested July 22 in the 33900 block of Route 45, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $3,000. A future court date in Kane County was to be determined at the time of the report.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF METH
Donaldo A. Perez, 19, of the 2400 block of Joppa Avenue, Zion, is accused of unlawful possession of meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested July 22 at Rollins and Cedar Lake roads, Round Lake. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of July 26 was assigned.
RETAIL THEFT
Travis R. McCoy, 22, of the 1900 block of Carmel Boulevard, Zion, had a warrant for retail theft, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested July 23 in the 1900 block of Carmel Boulevard, Zion. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Aug. 1 was assigned.
