Man Charged With Parental Kidnapping Out Of Missouri: Blotter

ARRESTS

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Nicodemus J. Givens, 25, of the 700 block of Chestnut Avenue, Park City, is accused of driving while license suspended, driving with suspended registration, and was arrested Jan. 24 at 31st Avenue and Sheridan Road, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Lee M. Pippin, 40, of the 26100 block of W. Blackhawk Avenue, Ingleside, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license revoked, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Jan. 25 in Ingleside. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of Feb. 1 was assigned.
• Essai E. Quijano Colunga, 26, of the 1600 block of 12th Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 26 at Routes 43 and 137, North Chicago. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Chaiyla J. Davis, 23, of Cincinnati, Ohio, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Jan. 27 at Routes 21 and 132, Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Chiquita R. Blake, 39, of the 2500 block of Hebron Avenue, Zion, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Jan. 28 at Sheridan Road and Grand Avenue, Waukegan. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date of Feb. 1 was assigned.
• Jennifer L. Smith, 44, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 28 at Route 173 and Green Bay Road, Zion. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Mario A. Roque, Jr., 32, of the 1000 block of Piccolo Lane, Volo, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Jan. 29 at Gilmer and Harmony roads, Volo. Bond was set at $1,500.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Omar Arenas, 33, of the 2100 block of Joanna Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 24 at 21st Street and Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 16 was assigned.
• Christian Nieto, 21, of the 26200 block of N. Walnut Avenue, Unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, endangering the life of a child, aggravated speeding (95 mph in a 65 mph zone), and was arrested Jan. 26 at I-94 and Lake Cook Road, Unincorporated Deerfield. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Feb. 16 was assigned.
• Dalia G. Rodriguez-Vazquez, 23, of the 700 block of Treeview Lane, Round Lake Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 27 at Route 120 and Atkinson Road, Grayslake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 9 was assigned.
• Everett D. Robinson, 26, of the 600 block of Pickus Court, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 28 at Wadsworth Road and Lewis Avenue Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 2 was assigned.
• Carmen K. Quezada-Gonzalez, 39, of the 1500 block of William Avenue, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 29 at Rollins Road and Drury Lane, Unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 9 was assigned.
• Jonnathan Salgado-Villa, 35, of the 300 block of S. Fulton Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving while license revoked, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 29 at Route 45 and Washington Street, Third Lake. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date of Feb. 7 was assigned.
• Rodriguez Vazquez, 23, of the 700 block of Treeview Lane, Round Lake Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 27 at Route 120 and Atkinson Road, Grayslake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Feb. 9 was assigned.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

• A juvenile is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, minor in possession of cannabis, and was arrested Jan. 25 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Jessica A. Balderrama, 22, of the 9900 block of Stranton Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 28 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.

BATTERY

• Rajneish H. Poyser, 27, of the 24700 block of W. Highwoods Drive, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated battery, and was arrested Jan. 26 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. They were sentenced to 180 days in the Lake County Jail.
• Gabrielle R. Duncan, 46, no permanent address, is accused of aggravated battery to a peace officer, domestic battery, resisting arrest, and was arrested Jan. 27 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Feb. 16 was assigned.
• Shareema D. Scott, 29, of the 600 block of McAlister Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated battery, and was arrested Jan. 28 at Lake County Jail. Scott is being held in the jail on other charges and was assigned a court date of March 1.

FRAUD

Michael L. Wallace, 63, of the 38400 block of N. Creek Court, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for home repair fraud, and was arrested Jan. 26 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Feb. 15 was assigned.

FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE

William Lennon, III, 34, of the 26800 block of N. Route 83, Unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of being a fugitive from justice for parental kidnapping out of Miller County, Missouri, and was arrested Jan. 27 in Unincorporated Mundelein. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Feb. 1 was assigned.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY

Lawrence A. Hall, 55, of the 3100 block of Ezekiel Avenue, Zion, is accused of criminal damage to government property, and was arrested Jan. 28 at Lake County Jail. Hall was being held on other charges and was assigned a court date of Feb. 8.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

• Edwin F. Bush, 44, of the 8900 block of N. Western Avenue, Des Plaines, is accused of having a warrant out of Cook County for violation of order of protection, and was arrested Jan. 28 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $5,000 and a future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Sandra L. Stensrud, of the 26400 block of N. Hickory Road, Unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Jan. 28 in Unincorporated Mundelein. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date of Feb. 2 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON

Saul G. Del Rio, 29, of the 11100 block of Carnahan Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, driving under the influence of alcohol, attempted possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Jan. 28 at Sheridan Road and Blanchard roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Feb. 2 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON

Jehna J. Darge, 23, of the 500 block of May Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant out of Cook County for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, assault, and was arrested Jan. 28 at Wadsworth Road and Lewis Avenue, Beach Park. There was no bond and a future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Daniel D. LaVelle, 38, of Unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of having a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested Jan. 29 in Unincorporated Spring Grove. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Feb. 2 was assigned.
