Man Wanted On Arson Warrant Arrested: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

The Arizona man was wanted for the warrant out of Wisconsin and was arrested in Waukegan.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Deidre A. McAllister, 33, of the 38400 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, had a warrant for aggravated assault, and was arrested Feb. 19 in the 38500 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of March 17.

OPERATING A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE WITHOUT A CDL

Zaza RSamishvili, 57, of Brooklyn, New York, is accused of operating a commercial vehicle without a CDL, overweight on registration, and was arrested Feb. 19 at Routes 41 and 173, Wadsworth. They were released after the arrest.

RETAIL THEFT

Wilber Pacheco Cisner, 23, of the 5500 block of W. Grand Avenue, Chicago, is accused of retail theft, possession of stolen property, and was arrested Feb. 20 in the 25900 block of N. Riverwoods Road, Mettawa. He was released and assigned a court date of March 26.

POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY

Ronny Suarez Villalba, 30, of the 5500 block of W. Grand Avenue, Chicago, is accused of possession of stolen property, no driver's license, and was arrested Feb. 20 in the 25900 block of N. Riverwoods Road, Mettawa. He was released and assigned a court date of March 26.

UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON

Michael L. Lewis, 39, of the 2000 block of Seymour Avenue, North Chicago, had a warrant for unlawful use of a weapon, and was arrested Feb. 20 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of March 19.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Tanveer Gill, 34 of the 4400 block of W. Brownstone Way, Waukegan, had a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 21 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. They were released and assigned a court date of March 13.
  • Luis A. Garcia, 45, no permanent address, had a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested Feb. 21 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of April 2.
  • Raul Oduno, 31, of the 1600 block of White Street, Des Plaines, is accused of DUI alcohol, aggravated speeding (72 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested Feb. 22 at Route 12 and Deer Park Boulevard, Deer Park. He was released after the arrest.
  • Kavon Young 21, of the 1200 block of S. Candlestick Way, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, attempt to flee/elude, open transportation of alcohol, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Feb. 22 at Lebanon Avenue and Carmel Boulevard, Zion. He was released and assigned a court date of April 3.
  • Luis A. Cartagena Oseguera, 26, of the 2400 block of Dugdale Road, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 24 at Lewis Avenue and Ballentine Street, Waukegan. They were released and assigned a court date of April 3.
  • Dominic A. Kuhnelin, 22, of the 600 block of Kakos Court, Zion, is accused of DUI drugs, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Feb. 24 at Delany and Adams roads, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of April 3.

ARSON

Bryon E. Kilgore, 66, of Fort Mohave, Arizona, had a warrant out of Wisconsin for arson, and was arrested Feb. 21 in the 0-100 block of County Street, Waukegan. He was being detained in Lake Count Jail at the time of report and was assigned a court date of March 8.

ATTEMPTED ESCAPE

April M. Reins, of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, is accused of attempted escape, criminal damage to state supported property, resisting causing injury, and was arrested Feb. 22 at the Lake County Sheriff's Office headquarters. She was being detained in Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Feb. 29.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF METH

Ashlie Thatcher, 40, of the 26800 block of Route 83, unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of unlawful possession of meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Feb. 22 at Route 45 and Rollins Road, unincorporated Gurnee. She was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 26.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

Vasyl Petruniak, 33, of the 4700 block of N. Olcott Avenue, Harwood Heights, is accused of aggravated speeding (110 mph in a 65 mph zone), reckless driving, and was arrested Feb. 22 at I-94 south of Route 132, unincorporated Gurnee. They were released after the arrest.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • Sean L. Crowder, 33, of the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license revoked, unlawful possession of pyrotechnics, and was arrested Feb. 23 at Sheridan Road and Talmadge Avenue, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of April. 3.
  • Justice J. Gatlin, 26, of the 600 block of Tiffany Drive, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, speeding (60 mph in a 35 mph zone), and was arrested Feb. 23 at Green Bay and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. They were released after the arrest.

HARASSMENT BY ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

Michelle H. Lee, 30, of the 800 block of Gladstone Drive, Vernon Hills, is accused of harassment by electronic communication, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Feb. 24 in the 800 block of Gladstone Drive, Vernon Hills. She was released and assigned a court date of March 18.

RESISTING A PEACE OFFICER

David J. Miller, 62, of the 5400 block of Grand Avenue, Gurnee, had a warrant out of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin for resisting a peace officer, and was arrested Feb. 25 in the 5400 block of Grand Avenue, Gurnee. He was being held in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report. A future court date in Milwaukee County was to be determined.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

Kirlyan J. Salazar, 43, of the 2300 block of N. Mason Avenue, Chicago, is accused of criminal trespass to property, obstructing identification, attempted unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Feb. 25 in the 38700 block of W. North Avenue, Beach Park. They were released and assigned a court date of Feb. 28.
