Man With Warrant For Stalking Arrested: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

ARRESTS

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Burkett A. Davidson, 32, of the 3000 block of Norma Lane, Waukegan, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Feb. 9 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 20.
  • David G. Moore, 69, of the 38600 block of N. Magnolia Avenue, Wadsworth, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Feb. 9 at Hart Street and Bayonne Avenue, Beach Park. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Feb. 17.

STALKING

Armando Bahena, Jr., 37, of the 100 block of N. Delany Road, Gurnee, had a warrant for stalking, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Feb. 9 in the 0-100 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of March 5.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED

Allen Roman, 23, of the 300 block of Fairfield Drive, Island Lake, had a warrant out of McHenry County for driving while license revoked, and was arrested Feb. 9 at Route 176 and Anderson Street, unincorporated Wauconda. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

AGGRAVATED IDENTITY THEFT

Seth A. McMurty, 34, of the 1700 block of Golf Road, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated identity theft, unlawful possession of a aother person's credit/debit card, and wasd arrested Feb. 10 in the 18100 block of W. Gages Lake Road, Gages Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 25.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Dwayne D. Wilson, 42, of the 2100 block of Gilead Avenue, Zion, had a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested Feb. 10 in the 300 block of Greenleaf Street, Park City. A court date of March 9 was assigned.

OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE

Tinesha A. Landrum, 32, of the 2800 block of Galilee Avenue, Zion, had a warrant for obstructing justice, and was arrested Feb. 10 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. She was released and assigned a court date of March 25.

AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON

Christian Joseph, 22, of the 1800 block of Bromley Court, Schaumburg, is accused of aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, and was arrested Feb. 10 at Route 12 and Lake Cook Road, Deer Park. He was released and assigned a court date of March 3.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Jesus Machado, 32, of the 1000 block of Cortney Circle, Carpentersville, is accused of no driver's license, had warrant out of Cook County for unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and was arrested Feb. 11 at Lake Cook and Arlington Heights roads, Buffalo Grove. A future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.
