Man With Warrants In 3 Counties Arrested: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

The 40-year-old had warrants out of McHenry (contempt of court), DuPage (aggravated assault), and Cook (harassing communication).

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Jeanie B. Sarnowski, 55, of the 1200 block of Pheasant Run, Zion, had warrants out of Kenosha and Cook counties for retail theft, new charge of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Feb. 23 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. Future court dates for the warrants were to be determined at the time of the report.

VIOLATING A NO STALKING/CONTACT ORDER

  • Mairo Santos-Lobo, 50, of the 900 block of S. Lincoln Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for violating a no stalking/contact order, and was arrested Feb. 23 in Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of March 18.
  • Scott D. Gianola, 50, of the 28600 block of W. Valley Road, Ingleside, is accused of violating a no stalking/contact order, and was arrested Feb. 26 in Ingleside. He was released and assigned a court date of March 27.

RETAIL THEFT

Evelyn Y. Macias, 19, of the 2300 block of Elizabeth Avenue, Zion, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested Feb. 24 at Wadsworth Road and Bernice Terrace, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of April 2.

BURGLARY

Joshua P. Hayhurst, 22, of the 31200 block of Route 45, unincorporated Libertyville, had a warrant for burglary, and was arrested Feb. 25 at Route 137 and Atkinson Road, Grayslake. He was released and assigned a court date of March 3.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Jenna A. Davis, 40, of the 2100 block of Hermon Avenue, Zion, had a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 28 in the 2100 block of Hermon Avenue, Zion. She was released and assigned a court date of March 12.
  • Angel R. Cartagena, 24, of the 1500 block of Victoria Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, attempted possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Feb. 28 at Sheridan Road and Mawman Avenue, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of April 1.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Timothy D. Richardson, 40, of the 500 block of Harold Avenue, Glendale Heights, had warrants out of McHenry (contempt of court), DuPage (aggravated assault), and Cook (harassing communication) counties, and was arrested Feb. 28 in the 1000 block of Piccolo Lane, Volo. Future court dates in the respective counties were to be determined at the time of the report.
