Sex Offender Accused Of Registry Violation: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS

VIOLATION OF SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRY

Antonio S. Glenn, 31, of the 2900 block of Valley View Road, Wadsworth, is accused of violation of sexual offender registry, and was arrested Feb. 16 in the 2900 block of Valley View Road, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of March 10.

ASSAULT

Kevin E. Santee, 33, of Houston, Texas, had a warrant out of Harris County, Texas, for assault, and was arrested Feb. 17 in the 0-100 block of Baker Road, Green Oaks. A future court date in Harris County, Texas was to be determined at the time of the report.

POSSESSION OF METH

David W. Virgin, 64, of the 100 block of Minthaven Court, Gurnee, had a warrant for possession of meth, and was arrested Feb. 17 at Minthaven Court and Greenhaven Lane, Gurnee. He was released and assigned a court date of March 5.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

Shanika L. Heichelbech 35, of the 600 block of N. Sheridan Road, Winthrop Harbor, had a warrant for criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Feb. 17 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Oct. 3.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

Nicole J. Petrillo, 31, of the 27700 block of W. Bayview Drive, Ingleside, had a warrant out of McHenry County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Feb. 17, in the 22400 block of N. Milwaukee Avenue, unincorporated Vernon Hills. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO RESIDENCE

Treana A. Bushing, 50, of the 200 block of Homewood Avenue, Libertyville, is accused of criminal trespass to residence, and was arrested Feb. 18 in the 31200 block of N. Route 45, unincorporated Libertyville. She was released and assigned a court date of April 1.

SUSPENDED REGISTRATION

Christma Hogan, 33, of the 800 block of N. Butrick Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a suspended registration, driving while license revoked, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 18 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. Hogan was released following the arrest.

FAILURE TO REGISTER AS A SEXUAL OFFENDER

Jason A. Hart, 31, of the 6100 block of Woodland Avenue, Chicago, had a warrant for failure to register as a sexual offender, and was arrested Feb. 19, in the 0-100 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of March 10.

BATTERY

Saul J. Quebrado, 34, of the 2700 block of Pawnee Road, Waukegan, had a warrant for battery, and was arrested Feb. 19 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was being detained on other charges at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Feb. 24.

UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT

Ramon A. Romero, 19, of the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of unlawful restraint, domestic battery, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested Feb. 19 in the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of March 17.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Veronica D. Reed, 40, of the 2200 block of Lewis Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding, no driver's license, having no insurance and was arrested Feb. 20, at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of April 1.
• Juan A. Rocha, 47, of the 10200 block of W. Crissy Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated DUI, aggravated driving while license revoked, and was arrested Feb. 20 in the 38300 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of March 16.
• Phyllichia D. Hill, 41, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of DUI alcohol, reckless driving, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 21 at Route 45 and Washington Street, Third Lake. She was released and assigned a court date of March 11.
• Nancy Mendiola Salgado, 39, of the 38200 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 21 at Sheridan Road and Crissy Avenue, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of March 25.
• Marcos A. Reyes, 38, of the 36700 block of N. Wildwood Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of domestic battery, DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 21 in the 36700 block of N. Wildwood Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of March 2.

SHOPLIFTING

Jacquelyn Kozlov, 36, of the 0-100 block of Quail Hollow Court, Naperville, had a warrant out of DuPage County for shoplifting, criminal damage to property, and was arrested Feb. 22 at Chaplin Street and Pine Grove Avenue, Wadsworth. A future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.
