Meth Manufacturing Warrant Arrest Made Of Waukegan Woman: Blotter

ARRESTS

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO STATE SUPPORTED PROPERTY

Jawad H. Hakeem, 46, of the 500 block of Sheridan Road, Waukegan, is accused of criminal damage to state supported property, and was arrested Feb. 22 at the Lake County Jail. They are being held on other charges and were assigned a court date of March 23.

DEFRAUDING A DRUG SCREENING TEST

Kristen J. Delboccio, 38, of the 26600 block of N. Anderson Road, Unincorporated Wauconda, is accused of defrauding a drug screening test, and was arrested Feb. 22 in the 200 block of W. Water Street, Wauconda. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of March 3 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

• Stephanie M. Schroeder, 30, of the 400 block of Liberty Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant out of Lake County for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and a warrant out of Kenosha County for manufacturing/delivery of crystal meth, and was arrested Feb. 22 at Lewis Avenue and Golf Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of March 1 was assigned.
• Amanda M. Delvicchio, 33, of the 12900 block of W. Johns Manville Avenue, Unincorporated Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Feb. 22 at Lewis Avenue and Golf Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of March 2 was assigned.

OBSTRUCTING A PEACE OFFICER

Venus L. Taylor, 31, of the 400 block of Liberty Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for obstructing a peace officer, driving while license revoked, and was arrested Feb. 22 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of March 10 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Nathan R. Beitz, 31, of Unincorporated Island Lake, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Feb. 22 in Unincorporated Island Lake. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of March 2 was assigned.
• Carole M. Kulha, 40, of Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Feb. 22 in Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of March 2 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Sergio D. Gonzalez, 39, of the 14700 block of Birch Lane, Wadsworth, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 22 in Wadsworth. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of March 8 was assigned.
• Cole J. Zielinski, 19, of the 1200 block of Beverly Drive, Lake Villa, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a fictitious driver's license, and was arrested Feb. 23 at I-94 and Route 120, Unincorporated Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 23 was assigned.
• Franklin B. Parks, 61, of the 1800 block of Park Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, child endangerment, and was arrested Feb. 25 at Sheridan Road and Suddard Place, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 6 was assigned.
• Kevin M. Rigsby, 40, of the 14200 block of Arthur Street, Manhattan, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 25 at 1st Street and North Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of March 7 was assigned.
• Eddie Lagunas, 28, of the 26700 block of N. Longmeadow Circle, Unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 25 at Wadsworth Road and Bernice Terrace, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 6 was assigned.
• Benigno Secundino Petronilo, 55, of the 2300 block of Edina Boulevard, Zion, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 27 at Sheridan and Shiloh roads, Zion. Bond was set at $75,000 and a court date of March 2 was assigned.

THEFT

Courvoiseir L. Walters, 28, of the 33600 block of N. Evergreen Drive, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of having a warrant out of DuPage County for theft, and was arrested Feb. 22 in Unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $5,000 and a future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.

IDENTITY THEFT

Sooni Gedde, 39, of the 2300 block of Sherman Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of aggravated identity theft, and was arrested Feb. 23 in the 24100 block of W. Hawthorne Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of March 1 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Jessica J. Lee, 30, of Gary, Indiana, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Feb. 23 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• James N. Knowles, 55, of the 31200 block of Route 45, Unincorporated Libertyville, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Feb. 25 at Casey Road and Liberty Avenue, Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Jocelinne A. Barriga-Hernandez, 21, of the 400 block of N. Jackson Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Feb. 26 in the 37800 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of March 15 was assigned.
