Bryan L. Mendoza 30, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of having a warrant for child pornography, violation of sexual offender registry, and was arrested Feb. 14 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $300,000 and a court date of March 10 was assigned.

  • Miguel A. Aranda, 21, of the 700 block of Myrtle Street, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Feb. 14 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Eduardo K. Silva, 29, of the 24400 block of Norelius Avenue, Round Lake Beach, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 14 at Fairfield and Schwerman roads, Unincorporated Wauconda. Bond was set at $2,000.
  • Randal Serna, Jr., 18, of the 300 block of E. Willow Drive, Round Lake Park, is accused of no driver's license, aggravated speeding (70 mph in a 40 mph zone), no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 14 at Washington Street and Hainesville Road, Grayslake. Bond was set at $2,000.
  • Veronica Moralies-Garcia, 33, of the 3100 block of Emmaus Avenue, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Feb. 15 at 34th Street and Gabriel Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Jessica A. Balderrama, 22, of the 1900 block of Irving Parkway, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Feb. 15 at Sheridan Road and Suddard Place, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Angel E. Mendoza-Murillo, 29, of the 2500 block of Berry Lane, Beach Park, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Feb. 15 at Sheridan Road and Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Abelardo A. Molina-Galvez, 21, of the 39600 block of Queensbury Lane, Beach Park, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Feb. 18 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Kinyatta S. Triplett, 27, of the 2100 block of Hebron Avenue, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested Feb. 19 at Lewis Avenue and Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of March 9 was assigned.

TRAFFIC OFFENSES

Rachel L. Jones, 26, of the 39100 block of N. Jackson Drive, Unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of having a warrant out of Pike County for traffic offenses, and was arrested Feb. 14 in Unincorporated Spring Grove. Bond was set at $1,000 with a future court date in Pike County to be determined at the time of the report.

  • Paominlian Vaiphei, 28, of Hawthorn Woods, is accused of having a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested Feb. 15 in Waukegan. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of March 4 was assigned.
  • Christopher A. Robles, II, 38, of Antioch, is accused of having a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested Feb. 17 in Waukegan. Bond was set at $150,000 and a court date of March 9 was assigned.
  • Cynthia M. Winburn, 59, of Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of domestic battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and was arrested Feb. 17 in Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of Feb. 24 was assigned.
  • Victoria J. Qualls, 20, of Beach Park, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Feb. 17 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Feb. 23 was assigned.

Janice Lee, 64, of the 2200 block of Jethro Avenue, Zion, is accused of having a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested Feb. 15 in the 0-100 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

BATTERY

Dulce A. Castillo, 26, of the 1200 block of Victoria Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of having a warrant for battery, and was arrested Feb. 15 in the 300 block of Washington Street. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of March 8 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • Tina M. Callahan, 58, of the 1900 block of Natoma Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 15 at Route 21 and Washington Street, Gurnee. Bond was set at $2,000.
  • Jowan R. Macon, 24, of the 35600 block of N. Oakwood Avenue, Ingleside, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Feb. 17 at Grand Avenue and Almond Road, Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Anthony L. Neal, 48, of the 9900 block of Michigan Boulevard, Zion, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Feb. 19 in the 3400 bock of N. Sheriand Road, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Jesus Morales, 34, of the 38200 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested Feb. 16 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of March 17 was assigned.
  • Kasim K. Ishaq, 24, of the 5600 block of Trinity Court, Gurnee, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Feb. 18 at Routes 41 and 173, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 30 was assigned.
  • Christopher Daca, 36, of the 500 block of Avondale Lane, Hoffman Estates, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested Feb. 19 in the 0-100 block of Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo Grove. Bond was set at $21,100 and was assigned a court date of Feb. 24.
  • Ryan L. Lunzmann, 39, of Oconto, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 19, at Route 59 and Grass Lake Road, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 20 was assigned.
  • Melissa D. Eng, 32, of the 33100 block of N. Mill Road, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, criminal damage to property, and was arrested Feb. 19 at Lake Shore and Oakland drives, Unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 14 was assigned.

HARASSMENT THROUGH ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

Angela K. Acosta, 46, of the 0-100 block of Lilac Avenue, Fox Lake, is accused of harassment through electronic communication, and was arrested Feb. 16 in the 33900 block of N. Route 45, Unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Feb. 24 was assigned.

Christopher L. Colon, 35, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of forgery, and was arrested Feb. 18 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $150,000 and a court date of Feb. 23 was assigned.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY

  • Jenar A. Sanders, 28, of the 600 block of Grand Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of criminal damage to government property, and was arrested Feb. 18 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Feb. 23 was assigned.
  • Dennis W. Markasovic, 33, of the 500 block of Drom Court, Antioch, is accused of criminal damage to government property, and was arrested Feb. 18 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of March 15 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

Victoria J. Qualls, 20, of the 38500 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of violation of bail bond, and was arrested Feb. 18 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of Feb. 23 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON

Gabriel J. Rivera, 25, of the 4000 block of Franklin Street, Zion, is accused of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, aggravated assault, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 18 in the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $150,000 and a court date of Feb. 25.

THEFT BY DECEPTION

Jeannette L. Marrs, 36, of the 0-100 block of Hickory Avenue, Fox Lake, is accused of having a warrant for theft by deception, identity theft, criminal trespass to vehicle, and was arrested Feb. 18 at Grass Lake Road and Stonegate Road, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date of March 16 was assigned.
