Morton Grove Driver Charged With DUI After Foot Pursuit: Blotter
The Riverwoods police blotter from Sept. 1 to Oct. 11 includes arrests on charges of felony trespassing and electronic harassment.

RIVERWOODS, IL — The following information comes from the Riverwoods Police Department as a record of those arrested by police. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of Courts. Criminal charges are often dropped or reduced and all persons named are innocent unless proven guilty in court.
Adam J. Lee, 20, of the 9000 block of Harlem Avenue in Morton Grove, was taken into custody on Aug. 28 on an arrest warrant related to a charge of felony criminal trespassing to property in connection with an incident reported to have occurred around 10 a.m. on Aug. 8 at a home in the 3000 block of Duffy Lane. He was behind held by Winnetka police on unrelated charges related to a false report of an armed robbery.
Patrick T. Montross, 50, of the 7200 block of Johnsburg Road in Spring Grove, was arrested at 11:49 p.m. on Sept. 3 and charged with DUI – alcohol and driving with a revoked license following a traffic stop on Lake Cook Road and Discover Way. He was also ticketed for speeding.

George D. Stavrakas, 35, of the 4500 block of Bryn Mawr Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Sept. 8 at his home on a arrest warrant issued in connection with a charge of harassment through electronic communications and disorderly conduct.
Elrick B. Thompson, 27, of the 1900 block of Johnson Avenue in Evanston, was arrested around 3 a.m. on Sept. 9 and charged with DUI – alcohol following a traffic stop in the area of Lake Cook and Saunders roads. He was also ticketed for speeding.

Efrain Reyes-Toledo, 33, of the 700 block of Central Avenue in Highland Park, was arrested around 10:15 p.m. on Sept. 9 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a revoked license. Officers learned he also had a warrant issued by the Lake County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear in court in connection with a previous DUI charge. He was also ticketed for speeding.
William T. Coats, 41, of the 3500 block of Franklin Park, was arrested around 2:45 a.m. on Sept. 13 and charged with driving under the influence of drugs following a traffic stop on Lake Cook Road west of Portwine Road. He was also issued a citation for improper lane usage.
Christopher F. Papa, 29, of the 5500 block of Lincoln Avenue in Morton Grove, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a revoked license and interference with a police officer after a foot pursuit that followed a traffic stop of a vehicle shortly after 3:30 a.m. on Sept. 14 on Timberwood Lane north of Deerfield Road. Papa was also issued citations for illegal transportation of alcohol and speeding.
Todd C. Geissler, 44, of the 5200 block of Suffield Terrace in Skokie, was arrested around 10:52 p.m. on Sept. 17 and charged with DUI – alcohol, following a traffic stop in the area of Lake Cook Road and Pointe Drive. He was also ticketed for speeding.
Adalberto Corona, 33, of the 0-100 block of 1st Street in Wheeling, was arrested around 10:45 p.m. on Sept. 21 and charged with DUI – alcohol following a traffic stop in the area of Portwine and Lake Cook roads. He was also issued citations for failure to signal and improper lane usage.
Behatriz Zuniga, 29, of the 10000 block of Holly Lane in Des Plaines, was arrested around 2 a.m. on Sept. 23 and charged with DUI – alcohol and driving with a revoked license following a traffic stop on Milwaukee Avenue south of Lake Cook Road. She was also issued citations for improper lane usage, driving without headlights when required, and illegal transportation of alcohol.
Nathan J. Lewallen Akkad, 30, of the 5200 block of Northeast River Road in Chicago, was arrested around 12:20 a.m. on Oct. 6 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after officer spoke to the occupants of a vehicle found stopped on Milwaukee Avenue and Pekara Drive. He was also issued a citation for operating a vehicle with its registration expired.
Donald F. Huebner, 64, of the 600 block of McHenry Avenue in Woodstock, was arrested around 4:45 a.m. on Oct. 8 and charged with driving with a suspended license after officers investigating a minor traffic accident learned he had an active arrest warrant for failure to appear in court in connection with a previous suspended license arrest.
Nilda M. Torres, 19, of the 1700 block of Karlov Avenue in Chicago, was arrested around 10 p.m. on Oct. 11 and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and unlawful possession of less than 30 grams of cannabis following a traffic stop on Deerfield Road at Saunders Road. She was also ticketed for speeding.
