Multiple County Warrants Lead To Arrest: Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Kell M. Dimaria, 44, of the 1900 block of Valley Drive, Wauconda, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 9 at Route 45 and Gages Lake Road, Gages Lake. Bond was set at $3,000 and Dimaria was assigned a court date of Sept. 15.
• Daniel A. Piwowar, 34, of the 900 block of Fox Chase Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 11 at Rollins Road and Hook Drive, Round Lake Beach.
• Michael M. Wilhelm, 18, of the 22600 block of W Silver Lake Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested Aug. 13 in the 41000 block of N Westlake Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 8.
• Raymond T. Graham, 22, of the 500 block of May Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 13 at Lake Shore Drive and Cedar Lane, Round Lake. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 29.
• Zakary J. Zugehoer, 22, of the 3300 block of Gilboa Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, reckless driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 15 at Wadsworth Road and Cambridge Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 29.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Colton Swanson, 33, of the 1300 block of Brophy Avenue, Park Ridge, is accused of having a warrant out of Lake County for criminal damage to property and out of Cook County for assault, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Aug. 10 in the 500 block of Green Leaf Street, Park City.

BATTERY

Tiffany J. Stout, 40, of the 15900 block of W Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth, is accused of having a warrant for battery, and was arrested Aug. 13 in the 39100 block of N Route 41, Wadsworth. Her bond was set at $100,000 and she was assigned a court date of Aug. 17.

RETAIL THEFT

Kristian D. Morton, 34, of the 36300 block of N Field View Drive, Unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of having a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested Aug. 13 in Unincorporated Gurnee. Her bond was set at $20,000 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 2.

Palatine Man Accused Of Aggravated DUI Causing Death

OPERATING WATERCRAFT UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Patrick A. Libera, 38, of the 1200 block of N Sterling Avenue, Palatine, is accused of operating watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 14 at Nippersink Lake. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assignee a court date of Sept. 22.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A STOLEN AUTO

Cody L Dema, 29, of the 25000 block of W 1st Street, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of unlawful possession of a stolen auto, and was arrested Aug. 15 in the 164000 block of W Russell Road, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $75,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 31.
