Palatine Man Accused Of Aggravated DUI Causing Death: Blotter

ARRESTS

AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL USE/POSSESSION OF A WEAPON

Tobiest A. Hearton, 20, of the 10100 block of Waldo Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated unlawful use/possession of a weapon, and was arrested Aug. 2 at Talmadge and North avenues, Beach Park. His bond was set at $30,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 10.

OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE

Frank L. Williams, 64, of the 1900 block of Seymour Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of having a warrant for obstruction of justice, and was arrested Aug. 2 in the 500 block of Rockland Road, Unincorporated Lake Bluff. His bond was set at $100,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 10.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Michael T. Meyn, 53, of the 500 block of Pistakee Parkway, Fox Lake, is accused of having a warrant for violation of an order of protection out of DeKalb County, and was arrested Aug. 2 in the 69000 block of Catalpa Court, Spring Grove. There was no bond and a court date in DeKalb County was to be determined at the time of the report.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Stevland M. Clancy, 24, of Austin, Texas, is accused of disorderly conduct, assault, and was arrested Aug. 4 in the 16400 block of W Russell Road, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 13.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Jasen R. Bryan, 39, of the 25800 block of Oak Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 4 at Route 59 and Wilson Road, Ingleside. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 22.
• Armando Altamirano, 33, of the 1300 block of E Turtle Creek Circle, Palatine, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated driving under the influence causing death, and was arrested Aug. 4 in the 2000 block of Shell Drive, Libertyville. He was given a bond of $2,000,000 and was assigned a court date of Aug. 18.
• Roxanne M. Brewton, 54, of the 500 block of Catalpa Drive, Round Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 5 at Route 45 and Washington Street, Third Lake. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 1.
• Vladimir Lalic, 40, of the 1900 block of Blackberry Lane, Hoffman Estates, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, and was arrested Aug. 5 at Route 59 and Petite Lake Road, Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $100,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 13.
• Kristin C. Whitaker, 40, of the 8400 block of Cedar Street, Fox Lake, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, aggravated driving while license revoked, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 8 in the 39600 block of Unincorporated Lake Villa. Her bond was set at $50,000 and she was assigned a court date of Aug. 13.

RECKLESS DRIVING

Leadjy W. Denis, 19, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of having a warrant for reckless driving out of McHenry County, and was arrested Aug. 6 at Route 120 and Hunt Club Road, Unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

• Daniel Morales, 34, of the 37000 block of Piper Lane, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested Aug. 7 in Lake Villa. Bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 1.
• Ashley E. Torres, 37, of the 27900 block of W Rowe Avenue, Unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested Aug. 7 in the 37000 block of Piper Lane, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Her bond was set at $1,500 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 1.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Carlos Hernandez, 30, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of no driver's license, driving while registration suspended, and was arrested Aug. 7 at Route 41 and Hansen Road, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $1,500.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

• Karla A. Arvalo, 29, of the 100 block of Sherman Place, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, aggravated speeding (70 mph in a 40 mph zone), no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 7 at Sheridan Road and Mira Flores Avenue, Waukegan. Her bond was set at $2,000.
• Anthony W. Robinson, 28, of the 1700 block of Sheridan Road, North Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, aggravated speeding (81 mph in a 55 mph zone), no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 8 at Route 41 and Casimir Pulaski Drive, North Chicago. His bond was set at $2,000.
