Pickleball Courts Open To Public At Deerfield's Shepard Park
The courts will not require reservations and are available for open play, according to the Deerfield Park District.
October 25, 2022
The six pickleball courts at Shepard Park will be open to the public on Thursday, October 27, 2022. There are still items to be completed around the courts this fall, but these will not hinder play. Items still to be completed include the installation of windscreens and permanent locations for benches, and trash and recycling receptacles. Construction on the nearby ballfields will be ongoing so we ask players to be aware of truck traffic. Parking is available both next to the courts and on the south side of Hackberry.
