Property Damage Bust Made At Cop Lot: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter
A Waukegan man is accused of several crimes and was arrested at the Lake County Sheriff's Office parking lot.

Janae A. Davis, 18, of the 39200 block of N. Holdridge Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested Oct. 24 in the 39100 block of N. Sheridan Road. Davis was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 16.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY

Dennis W. Markasovic, 35, of the 2000 block of Washington Street, Waukegan, is accused of criminal damage to government property, attempted criminal trespass to a vehicle, and was arrested Oct. 24 at the Lake County Sheriff's parking lot. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 7.
OPERATING A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE WITHOUT A LICENSE
Serhat Cakar, 25, of the North Bergen, New Jersey, is accused of operating a commercial vehicle without a commercial driver's license, overweight on registration, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 24 at Route 12 and Brandenburg Road, Volo. He was released.
POSSESSION OF A STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE
- Jaylen T. Davis, 18, of the 200 block of Pineview Drive, Hainesville, had a warrant out of McHenry County for possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and was Oct. 26 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was taken to McHenry County Jail. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.
- Jason T. Johnson, 40, of Bristol, Wisconsin, is accused of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, and was arrested Oct. 27 in the 42400 block of N. Woods Drive, unincorporated Antioch. He was detained at the Lake County Jail and assigned a court date of Nov. 7.

AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON
Anthony E. Osmena, 23, of the 17800 block of W. Big Oaks Road, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, and was arrested Oct. 26 at Route 83 and Monaville Road, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 14.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Brandon C. Ware-Duckworth, 32, of the 6500 block of S. Yale Street, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 28 at Route 41 and Hanssen Road, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 13.
