Residential Solid Waste Collection: Request For Proposal

Press release from the Village of Deerfield:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Deerfield will accept sealed proposals for providing all labor, equipment, vehicles, materials and related services necessary for the collection of residential waste, recyclable materials and landscape waste at all residential dwellings not exceeding two units, certain condominium units, and the collection of refuse and recyclable materials from designated Village and other public entity collection sites. The proposed term of the agreement will begin on April 1, 2021 and end on March 31, 2026.

Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 pm, December 21, 2020, at the Deerfield Village Hall, 850 Waukegan Road, Deerfield, IL 60015.

A mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., December 2, 2020. The meeting will be held via Zoom. Log-in information for the Zoom meeting can be found on Page “v” of the RFP.
