Nigel J. Lopez-Robinson, 32, of the 1600 block of Frazier Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for contempt of court, was arrested Feb. 28 in the 0-100 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $5,400 and a court date of March 31 was assigned.

Arnold A. Hardy, 51, of the 10300 block of S. Sangamon Street, Chicago, is accused of violation of an order of protection and was arrested Feb. 28 in Unincorporated Deerfield. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of March 16 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Alexander Pabello, 22, of the 400 block of Woodland Avenue, Wauconda, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (72 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested Feb. 28 at Fairfield and Bonner roads, Unincorporated Wauconda. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 6 was assigned.
  • Lawrence J. Yaworski, 73, of the 2700 block of Emmaus Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested March 1 at Sheridan Road and Wilson Court, Zion. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 13 was assigned.
  • Christopher M. Kreft, 36, of the 1800 block of Glen Eagle Circle, Elgin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 2 at Routes 12 and 176, Wauconda. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 13 was assigned.
  • Marco Saldana, 29, of the 300 block of Temple Avenue, Highland Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 2 in the 20100 block of N. Rand Road, Deer Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 28 was assigned.
  • Dwayne K. Wilson, Jr., 31, of the 2400 block of N. Samson Way, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated driving while license revoked, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested March 2 at Paris Drive and Adams Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $200,000 and a court date of March 28 was assigned.
  • Tyler A. Adkinson, 20, of the 500 block of White Birch Road, Lindenhurst, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested March 3 at Grass Lake and Savage roads, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 6 was assigned.
  • Gustavo A. Ferrera-Ponce, 28, of the 300 block of Center Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for driving under the influence and open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested March 4 at Wadsworth Road and Garnett Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of March 16 was assigned.
  • Nakita Q. Boyd, 40, of the 2800 block of Galilee Avenue, Zion, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested March 4 at Wadsworth Road and Garnett Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of March 28 was assigned.
  • Katina M. Marshall, 49, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested March 4 at Sheridan Road and Wasdworth Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 20 was assigned.
  • Prentice F. Hills, Jr., 26, of the 4100 block of Continental Drive, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (73 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested March 5 at Route 173 and Green Bay Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 13 was assigned.
  • Cynthia Haro, 24, of the 3900 block of Cambrige Drive, Park City, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, endangering the welfare of a child, and was arrested March 6 at Green Bay and Kenosha roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 20 was assigned.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

  • Jessie L. Bradin, 32, of the 2600 block of Gilboa Avenue, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, suspended registration, and was arrested on Feb. 28 at Sheridan Road and Howard Street, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Ivan Corona, 42, of the 4100 block of S. Country Club Road, Woodstock, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested March 1 at Lake Cook Road and Plum Grove Road, Unincorporated Palatine. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • A juvenile is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, and was arrested March 3 in the 13800 block of Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. A future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
  • Enrique Ramirez, 28, of the 2100 block of Edgewood, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested March 4 in the 25200 block of Route 120, Unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Marlon S. Ferrera-Zelaya, 25, of the 1300 block of Judge Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and had a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested March 4 at Wadsworth Road and Garnett Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $22,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • Steven C. Gonzalez, Jr., 25, of the 38700 block of Joyce Avenue, Beach Park, is driving while license suspended, and was arrested March 2 at Wadsworth Road and Northwestern Avenue, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Charles E. Nash, 51, of the 3100 block of Emmaus Avenue, Zion, had a warrant for driving while license suspended, and was arrested March 3 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail.
  • Cornell Hughes, 58, of the 600 block of S. Tripp Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving while license revoked, and had a warrant out of Coryell County, Texas, for theft from the elderly, and was arrested March 3 at Dilleys Road and Grand Avenue, Gurnee. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of March 18 was assigned.
  • Dawan D. Davis, 34, of the 2100 block of Gideon Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested March 4 at 34th Street and Sheridan Road, Zion. Bond was set at $2,000.
  • Eleonora Rosado, 45, of the 700 block of S. MLK Jr. Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested March 5 at 33rd Street and Sheridan Road, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Adrian M. Colon, 30, of the 700 block of Wadsworth Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested March 5 at Route 21 and Washington Street, Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500.

THEFT

Sean L. Crowder, 31, of the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, had a warrant for theft, and was arrested March 2 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of March 10 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

  • Brandi N. Patton, 42, of Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested March 3 in Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of March 16 was assigned.
  • Shatara T. Flemon, 18, of the Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, endangering the welfare of a child, and was arrested March 4 in Unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of March 22 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A STOLEN VEHICLE

Silvestre J. Martinez, 28, of the 37600 block of N. Lake Crest Street, Beach Park, is accused of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, and was arrested March 3 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $75,000 and a court date of March 29 was assigned.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT

Siarhei N. Rahatsiuk, 46, of the 23700 block of N. Lakeside Drive, Unincorporated Lake Zurich, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, no registration, and was arrested March 5 at N. Cottage Drive and Highland Drive, Unincorporated Lake Zurich. Bond was set at $2,000.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON

Victor M. Morales, Jr., 49, of the 2100 block of 20th Street, Zion, is accused of aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested March 5 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $500,000 and a court date of March 16 was assigned.
