DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

• Brian D. Kramer, 61, of the 28600 block of W. Grass Lake Road, Unincorporated Spring Grove, had a warrant for driving while license revoked, and was arrested March 7 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of March 18 was assigned.
• Idris S. Crite, 27, of the 1600 block of 11th Court, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested March 7 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Miguel Garcia, 28, of the 2800 block of Ezekiel Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested March 11 at Sharon Lane and Gabriel Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Brittany L. Shepard, 36, of the 0-100 block of Lewis Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested March 12 in Waukegan. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Willie N. Scott, 41, of the 37900 block of Wilson Road, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested March 12 at Beach and Sheridan roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• James E. Hodges, 61, of the 1000 block of Atlantic Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested March 12 at Golf Road and Pine Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Lisa D. Santiago, 33, of the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested March 12 at Lewis Avenue and Glen Flora Drive, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS

Timothy M. Charlier, 36, of the 23500 block of W. Central Avenue, Unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant out of McHenry County for unlawful possession of cannabis, and was arrested March 7 in Unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $3,000 and a future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Lamar E. Wright, 30, of the 1800 block of Grand Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, driving while license revoked, and was arrested March 7 at Route 173 and Delany Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 5 was assigned.
• Michael R. Freeman, 37, of the 800 block of Blue Spruce Court, Lindenhurst, is accused of aggravated DUI, obstructing identification, and was arrested March 9 in the 18700 block of W. Route 173, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of March 17 was assigned.
• Theodore D. Trotz, 31, of the 6800 block of Hampton Circle, Gurnee, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 9 at Route 59 and Lincoln Drive, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 27 was assigned.
• Kaitlyn M. Drews, 25, of the 25100 block of W. Lincoln Drive, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 9 at Route 59 and Lakeview Drive, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 20 was assigned.

• Jill Kolb, 47, of the 1800 block of W. Catalpa Lane, Mount Prospect, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 12 at Route 83 and Hilltop Road, Long Grove. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 27 was assigned.
• Helen Y. Ambriz, 19, of the 2900 block of 31st Street, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested March 13 in the 10300 block of Beach Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 20 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF ORDER OF PROTECTION

Arnold J. Hardy, 51, of the 10300 block of S. Sangamon Avenue, Chicago, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested March 8 at Lake County Jail. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of March 16 was assigned.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Laura Yasmin Martinez, 22, of the 500 block of W. Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested March 8 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Robert D. Love, 78, of the 9800 block of Michigan Boulevard, Beach Park, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested March 10 at Wadsworth and Sheridan roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Jauquaia P. Shields, 37, of the 4200 block of Lakewood Lane, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested March 10 at Lewis Avenue and Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.

BURGLARY

Thomas D. Merrit, 37, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, had a warrant out of Kenosha County for burglary, and was arrested March 8 in the 3000 block of Grand Avenue, Waukegan. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of March 18 was assigned.

OPERATING AN UNINSURED VEHICLE

Christopher L. Maggett, 21, of the 1600 block of Park Avenue, North Chicago, had a warrant for operating an uninsured vehicle, speeding, and was arrested March 8 at Sheridan Road and Suddard Place, Beach Park. Bond was set at $6,000 and a future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.

FLEEING TO ELUDE

Alan. E. Dominguez, 31, of the 26700 block of N. Iride Drive, Unincorporated Mundelein, had a warrant for fleeing to elude, and was arrested March 8 at Route 53 and Long Grove Road, Long Grove. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of March 16 was assigned.

SPEEDING

Eric A. Delacruz, 36, of the 2100 block of W. Pacific Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated speeding (85 mph in a 50 mph zone), and was arrested March 9 at Route 41 and Casimir Pulaski Drive, North Chicago. Bond was set at $1,500.

OBSTRUCTING A PEACE OFFICER

Nicole Hernandez, 37, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested March 10 in the 0-100 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of March 8 was assigned.

IDENTITY THEFT

Elexeis L. Sawyer, 24, of the 1700 block of Golf Road, Waukegan, had a warrant out of Racine County for identity theft, and was arrested March 10 in Waukegan. Bond was set at $2,535 and a future court date in Racine County was to be determined at the time of the report.

SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A CHILD

Angel Cervantes, 60, of the 900 block of Rose Avenue, Des Plaines, had a warrant obtained for sexual exploitation of a child, public indecency, and was arrested March 11 in the 352900 block of N. Juniper Street, Unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $30,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

James W. Frederiksesn, 52, of Beach Park, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested March 12 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date of March 18 was assigned.

IMPROPER TRANSPORTATION OF CANNABIS

Lizbeth Munoz, 19, of the 0-100 block of Thrush Road, Carpentersville, is accused of improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested March 13 at Ella and Cuba roads, Deer Park. Bond was set at $1,500.

NO COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE

Volodymyr Bidnyl 29, of the 200 block of Winnsboro Road, Schaumburg, is accused of no commercial driver's license, overweight on registration, and was arrested March 13 at Route 59 and Kelsey Road, Lake Barrington. Bond was set at $1,500.
