LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police.   • Richard G. Cerk, 49, of Racine, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 18 at Route 45 and Country Place, Old Mill Creek. He was released and assigned a court date of April 9.
  • Adam J. Thatcher, 42, of the 26800 block of N. Route 82, unincorporated Mundelein, had a warrant out of Cook County for DUI, and was arrested Feb. 22 in the 26800 block of Route 83, unincorporated Mundelein. A future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.

FAILURE TO REGISTER AS A SEXUAL OFFENDER

Thomas C. McCoy, 45, of the 9700 block of W. Michigan Boulevard, Beach Park, is accused of failure to register as a sexual offender, and was arrested Feb. 19 in the 37600 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of March 12 was assigned.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Cashmere N. Tillman, 22, of the 300 block of N. Green Bay Road, Waukegan, had a warrant for aggravated assault, and was arrested Feb. 20 in the 300 block of N. Green Bay Road, Waukegan. She was released and assigned a court date of March 20.

IDENTITY THEFT

Martin Carrillo Guerra, 36, of the 2800 block of Elisha Avenue, Zion, is accused of identity theft, unlawful use of a credit card, possession of another person's credit card, possession of a fraudulent ID, and was arrested Feb. 20 in the 39200 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of March 25.

ATTEMPTED POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Christopher R. Judson, 41, of the 3300 block of W. Walnut Lane, McHenry, had a warrant for attempted possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Feb. 20 in the 100 block of Route 83, Mundelein. He was released and assigned a court date of March 20.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Patience J. Cedzidlo, 40, of the 35800 block of W. Highpoint Road, Ingleside, is accused of disorderly conduct, misuse of 911, and was arrested Feb. 20 in the 31200 block of Route 45, unincorporated Libertyville. She was released and assigned a court date of March 14.

AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON

Ricardo Lara, 22, of the 3300 block of Kehm Boulevard, Park City, is accused of aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, reckless driving, no driver's license, and was arrested Feb. 21 at 24th Street and Joppa Avenue, Zion. He was released and assigned a court date of March 18.

AGGRAVATED FLEEING TO ELUDE

Christopher Vazquez, 32, of the 0-100 block of W. Clarendon Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of aggravated fleeing to elude, aggravated DUI, driving while license revoked, and was arrested Feb. 21 at Lotus Drive and Golfview Drive, Round Lake Beach. He was released and assigned a court date of March 24.
