Speeding Driver Charged With DUI: Riverwoods PD Blotter

Police said the 23-year-old North Chicago resident was also charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

  • Azamat Tsallev, 38, of the 400 block of Manda Lane, Wheeling, is accused of improper lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 1:02 a.m. Feb. 24, near Lake Cook Road and Discover Way. He was released and assigned a court date of March 19.
  • Lucretia A. Aguilar, 23, of the 1800 block of Elizabeth Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of speeding, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 12:34 a.m. March 1, near Lake Cook Road and Discover Way. She was released and assigned a court date of March 26.
  • Bayaraa Baterdene, 32, of the 7600 block of N. Sheridan Road, Chicago, is accused of speeding, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 1:29 a.m. March 2, near Lake Cook Road and Portwine Road. He was released and assigned a court date of March 26.

THEFT FROM AUTO

A business in the 2600 block of Lake Cook Road reported that during the overnight hours of Feb. 21, a catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle.
