RIVERWOODS, IL — The following information comes from the Riverwoods Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. - Yuly T. Velasquez Gonzalez, 36, of the 5000 block of W. Gunnison, Chicago, is accused of speeding, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 12:17 a.m. May 16, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. She was released and assigned a court date of June 12.
- Diamond M. Loggins, 28, of the 500 block of S. Genesee Street, Waukegan, is accused of speeding, improper lane usage, illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 4:11 a.m. May 18, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. She was released and assigned a court date of June 12.
- Damaris De Jesus, 53, of the 3300 block of N. California Avenue, Chicago, is accused of improper lane usage, disobeying a traffic control device, expired registration, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 2:32 a.m. May 10, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. She was released and assigned a court date of June 5.
- Joel U. Morales Brito, 25, of the 100 block of Arbor Court, Wheeling, is accused of speeding, open transportation of alcohol, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 12:59 p.m. May 10, near Milwaukee Avenue and Chicory Lane. He was released and assigned a court date of June 5.

Phenphitcha Homjanya, 45, of Greenfield, Wisconsin, is accused of selling alcohol to an underage agent, and was arrested at 7 p.m. May 9, at a business in the 2000 block of Milwaukee Avenue. Police were doing compliance checks at businesses selling alcohol and/or tobacco when the incident occurred. Homjanya will be scheduled to appear at an administrative hearing at Riverwoods Village Hall on a date that was to be determined at the time of the report.
