The 18-year-old Arlington Heights resident was also charged with speeding and open transportation of alcohol by a driver.

RIVERWOODS, IL — The following information comes from the Riverwoods Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police.   • Angel Trejo, 18, of the 2300 block of W. Nichols Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of speeding, open transportation of alcohol by a driver, unlawful possession of a fictitious license, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 3:05 a.m. Oct. 13, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 13.
  • Luis Quintana, 24, of the 1400 block of Ridgeland Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of speeding, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 1:23 a.m. Sept. 29, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 29.
  • Ronald C. Arden, 71, of the 2100 block of Spruce Pointe Court, Gurnee, is accused of speeding, DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 12:21 a.m. Sept. 22, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 16.
