Unlawful Weapon Charge For Resident: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Justin M. Outlaw, 25, of the 1900 block of Lawson Boulevard, Gurnee, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 4 at Route 45 and Gages Lake Road, Gurnee. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 24 was assigned.
• David P. Braun, 61, of the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 4 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $35,0000 and a court date of July 13 was assigned.
• Jaime M. Torres, 52, of the 200 block of Washington Park, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 6 at Route 45 and Highfield Drive, Lake Villa. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 17 was assigned.
• Sandeep S. Uppal, 33, of the 1200 block of Fox Chase Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no driver's license, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested July 8 in the 17200 block of W. Sand Lake Road, Old Mill Creek. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 24 was assigned.
• Faustino R. Carreon, 22, of the 2700 block of Lowery Court, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing and eluding, no driver's license, and was arrested July 8 in the Zion. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 24 was assigned.
• Luis A. Gonzalez, 23, of the 3400 block of Eva Avenue, Park City, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested July 9 in the 38600 block of N. Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 24 was assigned.
• Juan A. Ortega-Lopez, 48, of the 38100 block of N. North Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, and was arrested July 9 at North Avenue and Blanchard Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of July 13 was assigned.
• Gregory E. Walsh, II, 30, of the 400 block of S. Jade Lane, Round Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested July 10 at Route 134 and Wilson Road, Ingleside. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Sept. 7 was assigned.
• Joseph A. Wright, 29, of the 22400 block of Lakeshore Drive, Richton Park, is accused of driving under the influence, endangering the life/welfare of a child, and was arrested July 10 at Route 60 and Wilson Road, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 23 was assigned.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Szymon Wasilewski, 39, of the 400 block of Lakepointe Drive, unincorporated Barrington, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested July 4 in unincorporated Barrington. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of July 20 was assigned.

FORGERY

Lisa A. Papandreou, 52, of the 12800 block of W. Johns Mansville Road, unincorporated Waukegan, had a warrant for forgery, theft, and was arrested July 8 in unincorporated Waukegan. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of July 22 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON

David M. Salak, 31, of the 2300 block of Oak Hill Drive, Lake Barrington, is accused of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, and was arrested July 8 in the 200 block of Shoreline Road, Lake Barrington. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of July 13 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF A COURT ORDER

• Bradford C. Goar, 47, of the 21600 block of W. Elm Street, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant for violation of a court order, and was arrested July 8 in unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of July 18 was assigned.
• Jonquel D. Bentley, 24, of the 700 block of S. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant out of Cook County for violation of a court order, and was arrested July 9 in Waukegan. Bond was set at $85,000 and a future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.

OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE

Quentin D. Triplett, 57, of the 41400 block of N. Green Bay Road, unincorporated Zion, had a warrant for obstructing justice, and was arrested July 8 in unincorporated Zion. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of July 14 was assigned.

CHILD ENDANGERMENT

Susan K. Duese, 52, of the 20600 block of N. Landmark Lane, Deer Park, is accused of child endangerment, and was arrested July 8 in Deer Park. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Aug. 25 was assigned.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Carlos A. Molina-Cardenas, 24, of the 37700 block of DeWoody Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested July 9 at Yorkhouse Road and Manor Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Alondra Casiano, 23, of the 37700 block of Green Bay Road, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested July 10 at Sheridan Road and Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Martin Zarenana, 52, of the 2600 block of 20th Street, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested July 10 at Blanchard and Green Bay roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Carlos C. Delgado, 35, of the 4100 block of Douglas Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, driving with a suspended registration, resisting arrest, had a warrant for driving while license revoked, and was arrested July 10 at Kenosha and Green Bay roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Aug. 17 was assigned.

ASSAULT

Patrick M. Riley, 60, of the 0-100 block of Lake Breeze Court, Lake Zurich, is accused of aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, and was arrested July 10 in the 27200 block of Route 22, unincorporated Barrington. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Aug. 3 was assigned.
