Village Of Deerfield: Citizen's Police Academy Begins April 19

The Deerfield Police Department will once again host a Citizen's Police Academy Wednesday evenings 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. from April 19 through June 7. The Citizen’s Police Academy is an eight-week program designed to enhance communication between the police department and the community. Participants are instructed in a variety of law enforcement topics by officers who specialize in those areas. The Citizen’s Police Academy is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older and lives or works in Deerfield. Applications are available on the Village's website.
