The Village is transitioning to online permits using OpenGov, which began Monday with roofing permits.

The Village of Deerfield is transitioning to online permits using OpenGov, starting Aug. 8 with roofing permits.

Roofing contractors are asked to register as a contractor here. Once registered, the contractor can file the permit application and pay for the permit.

In the coming months, more permit applications will be available online to help streamline the process and reduce the need to drive to Village Hall in person to apply.
