Mikhael I. Taylor, 19, of the 3500 block of Harbor Ridge Drive, Zion, had a warrant for criminal damage to property, and was arrested April 11 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of April 28 was assigned.

  • Javier Larios Mejia, 51, of the 5500 block of W. 23rd Street, Cicero, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested April 11 at Route 176 and Fairfield Road, unincorporated Mundelein. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • James N. Hansen, 65, of the 0-100 block of Golfview Road, Lake Zurich, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested April 11 at Fairfield Road and Holmes Avenue, Hawthorn Woods. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Adrian Garcia Garcia, 20, of the 1500 block of Pine Grove Avenue, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving while license suspended, reckless driving, fleeing to elude, aggravated speeding (74 mph in a 40 mph zone), and was arrested April 15 at Route 41 and Stearns School Road, unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of May 4 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE

  • Isabel M. Steele-Cartwright, 23, of the 38800 block of N. Villa Court, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and was arrested April 11 in the 38900 block of N. Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date May 4 was assigned.
  • Joshua J. McCarthy, 35, of the 2600 block of Gilead Avenue, Zion, is accused of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and was arrested April 11 in the 38900 block of N. Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of May 17 was assigned.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO VEHICLE

Caitlin Garcia, 25, no permanent address, had a warrant for criminal trespass to vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested April 11 in the 38900 block of N. Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of May 9 was assigned.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

  • Gregorio Mecedo Perez, 50, of the 200 block of S. Lincoln Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested April 11 at Route 120 and Cedar Lake Road, Round Lake. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Gustavo A. Zaragoza, 20, of the 400 block of Beachview Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested April 12 at W. Cardinal Court and Fairfield Road, unincorporated Mundelein. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Christian Q. McGee, 37, of the 2200 block of N. Lewis Avenue, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested April 14 at 33rd Street and Lewis Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Mark M. Gigiliotti, 19, of the 2200 block of Pennview Lane, Schaumburg, is accused of no driver's license, illegal transportation of cannabis, and was arrested April 15 at Route 22 and Rainbow Road, North Barrington. Bond was set at $1,500.

PAROLE VIOLATION

Seth R. Rice, 22, of Waukesha, Wisconsin had a warrant out of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for a parole violation, and was arrested April 12 in the 344400 block of N. Route 45 Third Lake. No bond was granted and a future court date with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Juwan A. Harvey, 25, of the 3800 block of Sarah Drive, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of a firearm under the influence, and was arrested on April 12 at Kenosha and Green Bay roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of May 28 was assigned.
  • Nicholas C. Lopardo, 24, of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving while license revoked, and was arrested April 13 at Green Bay and Beach roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of May 9 was assigned.
  • Axel Guillen Perez, 21, of the 1000 block of Judge Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested April 14 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of May 18 was assigned.
  • Andrew J. Price, 23, of Silver Lake, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested April 16 at Routes 59 and 132, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of May 25 was assigned.
  • Rafael Munoz Bonilla, 38, of the 2200 block of Ezekiel Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested April 16 at Lewis Avenue and Hickory Drive, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of May 25 was assigned.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO PEACE OFFICER

Jessica A. Balderrama, 23, of the 9900 block of W. Hendee Road, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated battery to a peace officer, and was arrested April 13 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of April 21 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

  • Anna H. Szymanski, 73, of unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested April 13 in unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of April 28 was assigned.
  • Daniel J. Winkles, 28, of Ingleside, is accused of aggravated domestic battery involving strangulation, aggravated domestic battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated domestic battery involving a victim over 60, obstructing a peace officer, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested April 17 in Ingleside. Bond was set at $500,000 and a court date of May 12 was assigned.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Steven D. Diullo, 55, of the 4700 block of Wellington Drive, Long Grove, had a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested April 13 in Long Grove. Bond was set at $38,624 and a court date of May 23 was assigned.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Mitchell D. Hogan, 21, of the 38100 block of N. Dewey Street, unincorporated Spring Grove, had a warrant for disorderly conduct, and was arrested April 14 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $50,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Yue Xu, 46, of the 1500 block of Greystone Drive, Gurnee, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested April 14, in the 36500 block of N. Fox Hill Drive, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of May 4 was assigned.

OPERATING A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE WITHOUT A COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE

Jose R. Reyes Coello, 37, of Hammond, Indiana, is accused of operating a commercial vehicle without a commercial driver's license, and was arrested April 16 at Green Bay and Wadsworth roads, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.

FAILURE TO REGISTER AS A VIOLENT OFFENDER AGAINST YOUTH

Zacharice L. Miller, 40, of the 1500 block of 12th Street, Waukegan, is accused of failure to register as a violent offender against youth, and was arrested April 16 in the 1300 block of N. Sheridan Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of May 24 was assigned.

SPEEDING

Chasity A. Davis, 28, of the 2000 block of Horeb Avenue, Zion, is accused of aggravated speeding (73 mph in a 35 mph zone), driving while license suspended, obstructing identification, a warrant for criminal damage to property, and was arrested April 17 at North Avenue and Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of May 2 was assigned.
