Waukegan Man Accused Of Battery At Lake County Jail: Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

BATTERY

Felicyunno Spruille, 21, of the 700 block of N Lewis Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of battery, and was arrested July 12 at Lake County Jail. Spruille is being held on other charges and was assigned a court date of July 21.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Anibal Bonilla, 27, of the 500 block of Flossmoor Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested July 15 at Route 176 and Butterfield Road, Libertyville. Bond was set at $1,500 and Bonilla was assigned a court date of Aug. 6.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Brenda Pierce, 61, of the 3400 block of N Sheridan Road, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested July 15 at Sheridan and Ames roads, Beach Park. Her bond was set at $2,000.
• Dwight Warren, 47, of the 1200 block of Wilson Court, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, aggravated speeding (80 mph in a 45 mph zone) and was arrested July 17 at Delany and Yorkhouse roads, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $1,500.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• James L. Peteson, 37, of the 200 block of N Garfield Avenue, Mundelein, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, speeding (102 mph in a 45 mph zone), endangering the life of a child, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested July 16 at Route 137 and O'Plaine Road, Green Oaks. His bond was set at $75,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 26.
• Rory A. Bowers, 37, no permanent address, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, aggravated driving while license suspended, and a warrant for battery, assault, was arrested July 16 at August Zupec Drive and Delany Road, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 16.
• Valeria E. Flores, 19, of the 600 block of S Jackson Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 17 at Heather Court and Tangueray Drive, Unincorporated Grayslake. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Aug. 11.
• Eric T. Rawls, 34, of the 1600 block of Argonne Drive, North Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 17 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 25.
• David L. Williams, 64, of the 8200 block of Keeler Avenue, Skokie, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 17 at Lewis Avenue and Eagle Ridge Drive, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he as assigned a court date of Sept. 1.
• John M. Nelson, 48, of the 39200 block of N Delany Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 18 at Wadsworth and Delany roads, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 11.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Eleanor Avila, 34, of the 200 block of Centennial Drive, Grayslake, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested July 17 in the 34200 block of Route 45, Third Lake. Her bond was set at $20,000 and she was assigned a court date of Aug. 10.

ASSAULT

Diego Morales, 34, of the 500 block of Rockland Road, Unincorporated Lake Bluff, is accused of assault, disorderly conduct, and was arrested July 18 in Unincorporated Lake Bluff. His bond was set at $20,000 and she was assigned a court date of July 29.
