Waukegan Woman Accused Of Battery To Peace Officer: Blotter

ARRESTS

RESISTING A PEACE OFFICER

Willie Neals, Jr., 40, of the 37900 block of N Wilson Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for resisting a peace officer, and was arrested Dec. 7 in Beach Park. His bond set at $20,000, and he's due in court on Jan. 8, 2021.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Gloria Gonzalez, 32, of the 500 block of Chestnut Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Dec. 7 at Route 21 and Washington Street, Gurnee. His bond was set at $1,500.
• Erika D. Green, 40, of the 0-100 block of Treehouse Lane, Round Lake, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Dec. 8 at Route 134 and Wilson Road, Ingleside. Her bond was set at $1,500.
• Nicholas JK Sampsel, 32, of the 25600 block of W Arcade Drive North, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 8 at Lincoln and Hillside drives, Lake Villa. His bond was set at $2,000.
• Reyes Valasquez, 41, of the 1700 block of Kayla Lane, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Dec. 9 at Route 12 and Route 120, Volo. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Kentrell L. Miller, 21, of the 1700 block of Golf Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Dec. 10 at 27th Street and Sheridan Road, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Robert J. Landmark, 24, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 11 at Beach Grove Road and Westlake Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $2,000.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

• Ricardo A. Sanchez-Hernandez, 21, of the 35800 block of N Barberry Lane, Unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of aggravated speeding (70 miles per hour in a 35 MPH zone), and was arrested Dec. 7 at Lewis and Sunset avenues, Waukegan. His bond was set at $1,500.
• Ernesto Quintana, 55, of the 10800 block of W Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated speeding (100 MPH in a 55 MPH zone), and was arrested Dec. 7 at Route 137 and Route 132, Waukegan. His bond was set at $1,500.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

• Pedro Alberto Ocote Matus, 29, of the 2800 block of Washington Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 8 at Route 41 and Route 21, Gurnee. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 3, 2021.
• Blake W. Dwyer, 35, of the 300 block of Waverly Drive, Volo, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 9 at Waverly and Remington drives, Volo. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 20, 2021.
• Bruce J. Kaminski, 64, of the 300 block of Donin Drive, Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 9 at Tiffany Road and North Avenue, Anitoch. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 27, 2021.
• Angel D. Wallace, 31, of the 100 block of Minthaven Court, Gurnee, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 10 at Sheridan Road and Chaney Drive, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000, and Wallace was assigned a court date of Jan. 13, 2021.
• Lashawn A. Sanders, 30, of the 36000 block of N Grand Oaks Court, Gurnee, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 11 at N Delaney Road and Old Grand Avenue, Gurnee. Bond was set at $30,000, and Sanders was assigned a court date of Jan. 12, 2021.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON/FIREARM

• James K. Swan, 43, of the 1800 block of Main Street, Spring Grove, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Dec. 9 in Spring Grove. His bond was set at $35,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 16.
• Allen M. Austin, 29, of the 1900 block of McAree Road, Waukegan, is accused of unlawful possession of a firearm, defacing the serial number of a firearm, unlawful transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Dec. 12 at Golf Road and Jackson Street, Waukegan. Bond was TBD, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 15.

RETAIL THEFT

Emily J. Rogan, 34, of the 300 block of Franklin Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for retail theft, obstructing identification, and was arrested Dec. 9 in Waukegan. Her bond was set at $20,000, and she was assigned a court date of Dec. 18.

AGGRAVATED DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Jonathan Robert William Schaudt, 46, of the 0-100 block of Pamela Court, Lake Zurich, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving while license revoked, illegal transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 11 at Route 12 and Old McHenry Road, Unincorporated Lake Zurich. His bond was set at $20,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 16.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Darnell L. Springs, 51, of the 500 block of Pine Street, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, illegal transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 11 at N Delaney Road and Old Grand Avenue, Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A PEACE OFFICER

• Christopher K. Simmons, 21, of the 400 block of Washington Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated battery to a peace officer, and was arrested Dec. 11 in Waukegan. There was no bond given, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 15.
• Corrine Toliver, 30, of the 1600 block of Berwick, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated battery to a peace officer, resisting arrest, driving under the influence of alcohol, no driver's license, obstructing identification, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 12 in the 1900 block of N Lewis Avenue, Waukegan. Bond was set at $10,000, and Toliver was assigned a court date of Dec. 16.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

• Richard S. Ross, 62, of the 400 block of Allen Court, Wheeling, is accused of disorderly conduct, battery, and was arrested Dec. 12 in the 20500 block of Milwaukee Avenue, Unincorporated Deerfield. His bond was set at $10,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 17.
• Mote Kyler Cornelius, 20, of the 42300 block of N Park Place, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested Dec. 13 in Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $1,500, and Cornelius was assigned a court date of Dec. 30.

ATTEMPTED FORGERY

Jacob S. Muckelvaney, 26, of the 1800 block of Country Drive, Grayslake, is accused of attempted forgery, and was arrested Dec. 12 in the 33100 block of N Rt. 45, Third Lake. His bond was set at $1,500, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 5, 2021.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Jerome D. Gray, 26, of the 38500 block of N Loyola Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Dec. 5 in Beach Park. His bond was set at $20,000, and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 14, 2021.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Antonio J. Dennis, 24, of Fox Lake, is accused of domestic battery, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, and was arrested Dec. 13 in Ingleside. His bond was set t $5,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 18.
