Wisconsin Theft Warrant Arrest Made Locally: Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Justin C. Craigen, 37, of the 1000 block of Yeoman Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested March 14 at Sheridan Road and Oak Forest Drive, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Matthew J. Sledzik, 42, of the 33200 block of N. Valley View Drive, Unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested March 14 at Routes 45 and 120, Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Jared K. Blanchard, 29, of the 2600 block of W. Cornelia Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested March 14 at Lewis Avenue and Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Baneza Vazquez, 30, of the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested March 17 at Sheridan Road and Chaney Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Randy Johnson, 63, of the 2300 block of Gabriel Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested March 17 at 32nd Street and Lebanon Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Laura S. Zuniga, 18, of the 2400 block of Matthew Place, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested March 14 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Jordan R. Leisgang, 24, of Seymour, Wisconsin, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested March 15 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Alejandrina A. Santiago, 21, of the 1500 block of 21st Street, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested March 16 at Gabriel and Sharon avenues, Zion. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Aduardo J. Navejas-Marquez, 46, of the 1600 block of Sunset Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested March 16 at Casey and Almond roads, Unincorporated Libertyville. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Nacarri L. Carter, 20, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested March 17 at 18th Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Kevin J. Garcia, 21, of the 2100 block of Gideon Avenue, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested March 17 at Sheridan Road and Talmadge Drive, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.

TRUANCY

A juvenile is accused of truancy, possession of tobacco by a minor, resisting arrest, and was arrested March 15 in the 18000 block of W. Gages Lake Road, Unincorporated Grayslake. They were set to appear in juvenile court at the time of the report.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Giselle Jimenez, 24, of the 7000 block of W. 72nd Street, Chicago, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested March 15 in the 18500 block of W. Old Gages Lake Road, Gages Lake. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of April 11 was assigned.

THEFT

• Tonya M. Hillman, 43, of Prairie, Wisconsin, is accused of theft, and was arrested March 15 in the 43100 block of N. Route 41, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of March 28 was assigned.
• Gary W. Gendron, Jr., 40, of West Allis, Wisconsin, had a warrant out of Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and was arrested March 16 in the 24400 block of W. Grass Lake Road, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $75,000 and a court date of March 25 was assigned.

ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT

Huell L. Collier, 49, of the 400 block of Meadow Green Lane, Round Lake Beach, had a warrant for electronic harassment, disorderly conduct, and was arrested March 16 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of May 10 was assigned.

BATTERY

Aaron J. Pierce, 37, of the 800 block of Westmoreland Drive, Vernon Hills, is accused of battery, disorderly conduct, and was arrested March 16 in the 39100 block of N. Lewis Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of March 28 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

Nelson J. Lawler, 19, of the 39W400 block of Abilene Trail, Elgin, is accused of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested March 16 at Routes 12 and 134, Fox Lake. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of March 31 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Serena N. Walker, 22, of the 2000 block of Hickory Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 16 at Lewis Avenue and Everett Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 31 was assigned.
• Lucia Delatorre, 26, of the 400 block of Heather Terrace, Round Lake, had a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 17 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of March 31 was assigned.
• Timothy A. Place, 37, of the 100 block of Ferndale Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 18 at Rollins Road and Franklin Avenue, Ingleside. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 27 was assigned.
• Lawrence A. Luxon, 67, of the 33500 block of N. Greentree Road, Wildwood, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 19 at Mill and Gages Lake roads, Wildwood. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of April 20 was assigned.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Joclyn E. Hall, 25, of the 28200 block of W. Stewart Avenue, Unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to residence, and was arrested March 17 in Spring Grove. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of March 31 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Donnie W. Epling, 55, of Unincorporated Libertyville, is accused of domestic battery, resisting a peace officer, and had a warrant for medicine shopping, and was arrested March 18 in Unincorporated Libertyville. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of March 23 was assigned.

SPEEDING

Roderick K. Henry-Hayes, 22, of the 2000 block of Dawn Lane, Zion, is accused of aggravated speeding (88 mph in a 55 mph zone), reckless driving, no insurance, endangering the welfare of a child, and was arrested March 18 at Routes 21 and 120, Unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $2,000 and a court date of April 13 was assigned.

ILLEGAL TRANSPORTATION OF CANNABIS

Juventino Landra, 27, of the 600 block of N. Greenview Avenue, Mundelein, is accused of illegal transportation of cannabis, and was arrested March 18 at Routes 45 and 176, Mundelein. Bond was set at $1,500.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

Joseph W. Anderson, 29, of the 37800 block of N. Academy Drive, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested March 20 in the 41000 block of 2nd Street, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of March 31 was assigned.
