Wisconsin Woman Charged With Assault: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Diamond Martin, 20, of the 3000 block of School Street, Rockford, is accused of having no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 12 at 21st Street and N. Sheridan Road, Zion. She was released following her arrest.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Fernando Rivera, 34, of the 38200 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, had a warrant for DUI, and was arrested Aug. 13 in the 38200 block of N. Sheridan Road. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of this report and was assigned a court date of Aug. 29.
• Shreya Kathuria, 27, of Seattle, Washington, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 15 at Routes 21 and 60, Vernon Hills. They were released and assigned a court date of Sept. 25.
• Hugo O. Bueno, 46, of the 2800 block of 30th Street, Zion, is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 16 at O'Plaine Road and Route 137, Green Oaks. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 25.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

• Keith D. Wilson, 31, of the 800 block of N. Southgate Road, McHenry, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested Aug. 13 in the 8900 block of Wimot Road, unincorporated Spring Grove. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 9.
• Michael M. Neville, 32, of the 1700 block of Joppa Avenue, Zion, had a warrant for disorderly conduct, and was arrested Aug. 18 at 31st Street and Eschol Avenue, Zion. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 9.

BATTERY

• Billy B. Brady, 83, of the 12600 block of W. Paddock Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of battery, and was arrested Aug. 15 in the 12300 block of Ash Court, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 18.
• Alexander Garcia, 30, of the 2000 block of Oxford Court, Schaumburg, is accused of battery, and was arrested Aug. 17 in the 1100 block of Old McHenry Road, Long Grove. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 2.
• Brian W. Stedronsky, 43, of the 20900 block of Verona Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant for battery, and was arrested Aug. 18 in the 20900 block of Verona Avenue, Lake Villa. He was being detained in the Lake County Hail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Aug. 26.

ASSAULT
Renee Saban, 63, of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, is accused of aggravated assault, and was arrested Aug. 16 in the 0-100 block of Route 12, Fox Lake. She was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 30.
