Man Accused Of Criminal Sexual Assault, $3M Bail Set: Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS

RETAIL THEFT

Lanea R. Eldridge, 29, of the 200 block of Oakridge Court, Antioch, is accused of having a warrant out of Cook County for retail theft, and was arrested Sept. 13 at I-94 and Route 173, Old Mill Creek. Her bond was set at $3,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report in Cook County.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Jimmy D. Rainey, 70, of the 800 block of Victoria Drive, Montgomery, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 143 at Route 12 and Deer Park Boulevard, Deer Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 6.
• Mauriso Teran, 19, of the 400 block of N Main Street, Wauconda, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested Sept. 14 in the 32000 block of N Fairfield Road, Unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $3,000 and Teran was assigned a court date of Nov. 10.
• Ryan B. Long, 32, of the 100 block of McKinley Avenue, Lake Villa, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 15 at Route 120 and River Road, Waukegan. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 13.
• Franco Pascual Barcenas-Manjarrez, 37, of the 900 block of Main Street, Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 16 at Route 173 and Route 45, Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 27.
• Harlan A. Moore, 65, of the 38300 block of Manor Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant out of Kane County for driving under the influence, and was arrested Sept. 16 in Beach Park. He was issued a new court date of Oct. 20.
• Guillermo Antunez-Barrera, 36, of the 3000 block of Grandville Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, and was arrested Sept. 16 in the 1700 block of O'Plaine Road, Green Oaks His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 6.
• Tyler J. Harford, 29, of the 100 block of W Wood Street, Palatine, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 16 at Gilmer Road and Farmwood Drive, Long Grove. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 20.
• Stephanie Locascio, 36, of the 200 block of Terra Firma Lane, Volo, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 17 in Volo. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 27.
• Catherine C. Caswell, 54, of the 6300 block of Burr Oaks Court, Fox Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 18 at Route 59 and Grass Lake Road, Unincorporated Antioch. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 13.
• Lorna M. Witherow, 61, of the 300 block of 5th Avenue, Rock Falls, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 18 in the 27800 block of Route 173, Unincorporated Antioch. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 27.
• Tommie Jones Jenkins, 29, of the 500 block of Douglas Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol and a warrant for domestic abuse, and was arrested Sept. 18 in Beach Park. His bond was set at $35,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 22.
• John P. Degrazio, 53, of the 3000 block of Ezekiel Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 19 at Sheridan Road and Crissy Avenue, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 13.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

• Mark O. Orozco, 34, of the 100 block of Washington Park, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant out of Cook County for criminal damage to property, and was arrested Sept. 14 in Waukegan. His bond was set at $10,000 and a court date was to be determined in Cook County at the time of the report.
• Pierre D. Bailey-Gutierrez, 23, of the 36100 block of N Grand Oaks Court, Unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of having a warrant for criminal damage to property, and was arrested Sept. 15 in the 0-100 block of N County Street, Waukegan. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 12.
• Amy Paulina, 34, of the 5000 block of Prairie Avenue, McHenry, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested Sept. 19 in the 26500 block of W Molidor Road, Ingleside. Her bond was set at $1,500 and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 20.

SPEEDING

Todd M. Rome, 24, of the 4100 block of Luckie Court, Zion, is accused of aggravated speeding (80 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested Sept. 14 at 29th Street and Green Bay Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $1,500.

BATTERY

• Elizabeth A. Medina, 44, of Prairie, Wisconsin, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated battery to peace officer, fleeing and eluding, and was arrested Sept. 14 in Wisconsin. Her bond was set at $250,000 and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 6.
• Sharra T. Bratcher, 24, of the 1200 block of Blackburn Street, Gurnee, is accused of battery, and was arrested Sept. 16 in the 0-100 block of N County Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500 and Bratcher was assigned a court date of Oct. 25.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

• Jemarcus I. Miller, no permanent address, is accused of having a warrant for criminal trespass to property, theft, and was arrested Sept. 15 in the 36100 block of N Grand Oaks Court, Unincorporated Gurnee. His bond was set at $250,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 27.
• Denzel M. Vaughn, 24, of the 1200 block of Hickory Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for criminal trespass to a vehicle, telephone harassment, and was arrested Sept. 17 at O'Plaine Road and Towne Trail, Green Oaks. His bond was set at $50,002 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 22.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Jorge A. Martinez, 32, of St. Louis, Missouri, is accused of having a warrant out of St. Clair County for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, driving while license revoked, and was arrested Sept. 15 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. His bond was set at $15,000 and a court date in St. Clair was to be determined at the time of the report.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Christopher M. Martinez, 21, of the 3400 block of Sheridan Road, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Sept. 15 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.

ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS

Juan Gonzalez, 23, of the 37200 block of N Parma Avenue, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant out of McHenry County for illegal possession of cannabis, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 15 at Clinton Avenue and Wilson Boulevard, Unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $10,000 and a future court date was to be determined at McHenry County at the time of the report.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

Antonio L. Denson, 29, of the 2400 block of Dugdale Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Sept. 16 at Routes 41 and 120, Park City. Bond was set at $1,500.

ESCAPE

Stephanie Lohman, 40, of the 300 block of W Forest Avenue, Round Lake, is accused of escape, and was arrested Sept. 17 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Her bond was set at $500,000 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 21.

CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT

Shaween Sariri, 25, of the 28900 block of N Herky Drive, unincorporated Lake Bluff, is accused of criminal sexual assault, and was arrested on Sept. 18 in unincorporated Lake Bluff. Bond was set at $3 million and Sariri was assigned a court date of Sept. 22.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Lee M. Pippin, 39, of the 28300 block of Trieste Lane, West Chicago, is accused of violation of order of protection, and was arrested Sept. 19 in the 26100 block of Blackhawk Avenue, Ingleside. His bond was set at $30,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 29.
