Wisconsin Man Accused Of Driving 110 MPH, DUI In Zion: Blotter

Verity Cusick, 27, of the 2100 block of S Goebbert Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of having a warrant out of McHenry County for driving without a license, and was arrested Sept. 6 at I-94 and Russell Road, Russell. Bond was set at $10,000 and a future court date was to be determined in McHenry County.

- Cristal E. Martinez, 20, of the 2100 block of Dugdale Road, North Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 6 at Route 45 and Washington Street, Third Lake. Her bond is set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 20.
- Richard A. Axtell, 52, of the 500 block of N Arbor Drive, Round Lake Park, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash, and was arrested Sept. 7 at Route 59 and Columbia Bay, Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $100,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 27.
- Jorge G. Luna, 22, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (110 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested Sept. 7 at 23rd Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 27.
- Mateusz Jendrzejczak, 34, of the 300 block of Jon Court, Des Plaines, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 9 in the 0-100 block of N Country Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $45,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
- Susan B. Wilson, 61, of the 2400 block of Lawson Boulevard, Gurnee, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 10 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 3.
- Jose L. Dominguez, 38, of the 4000 block of Tartan Trail, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (75 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested Sept. 10 at Lewis Avenue and Beach Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 3.
- Lee M. Pippin, 39, of the 26100 block of W Blackhawk Avenue, Ingleside, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 11 in Ingleside. His bond was set at $5,400 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 15.
- Octavius D. Hayes, Jr., 32, of the 100 block of N Chapel Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 11 at Sheridan Road and Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 27.
- Sandra Fajardo, 32, of the 12300 block of W Mawman Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 12 at Yorkhouse Road and Manor Avenue, Beach Park. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 27.
FLEEING TO ELUDE
Robert C. Green, 35, of the 4500 block of Quill Lane, Waukegan, is fleeing to elude, no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 7 at Green Bay and Blanchard roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED
- David Ramirez, 27, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Sept. 7 at Route 132 and Emerald Lane, Lindenhurst. Bond was set at $1,500.
- Julio L. Bocardo, 39, of the 300 block of S Neville, Mundelein, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license revoked, and was arrested Sept. 10 in the 200 block of W Water Street, Waukegan. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 7.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Kenneth G. Howard, 29, permanent address, is accused of having a warrant for possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Sept. 8 in the 31200 block of Route 45, Unincorporated Libertyville. He was sentenced to 12 months of periodic imprisonment.
RETAIL THEFT
Donnie W. Epling, 55, no permanent address, is accused of having a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested Sept. 8 in the 31200 block of Route 45, Unincorporated Libertyville. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 28.
BATTERY
James A. Litchfield, 57, of the 1000 block of Chesterfield Court, McHenry, is accused of battery, and was arrested Sept. 9 at Diamond Lake and Indian Creek roads, Long Grove. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 13.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Javier Vaca, Jr., 36, of the 38500 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested Sept. 9 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 18.
UNLAWFUL USE OF A CREDIT CARD
Ruben Cabarroca-Diaz, 63, of the 3300 block of W Palmer Street, Chicago, is accused of unlawful use of a credit card, and was arrested Sept. 9 in the 36700 block of N Route 41, Unincorporated Gurnee. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 21.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY
Jemarcus Miller, 21, no permanent address, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Sept. 11 in the 36100 block of N Grand Oaks Drive, Unincorporated Gurnee. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Sept 21.
