Woman Arrested Twice For Violating Protection Order: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter
The 68-year-old Deer Park resident was also charged with resisting arrest.

- Jose G. Mangato-Jacinto, 45, of the 0-100 block of Fulton Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested July 7 at O'Plaine Road and Dan Patch Lane, Green Oaks. He was being detained at the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of July 28.
- Matias Cervantes Calderon, 35, of the 1200 block of N. Whitewater Lane, Palatine, is accused of DUI alcohol, driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested July 11 at Route 53 and Robert Parker Coffin Road, Long Grove. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 20.
ASSAULT
Thomas D. McInerney, 45, of the 9700 block of Crescent Park Circle, Orland Park, is accused of assault, disorderly conduct, and was arrested July 7 in the 32200 block of Route 12, Volo. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 13.

HARASSMENT THROUGH ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
Nathan Y. Roed, 41, of the 26100 block of W. Spring Grove Road, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of harassment through electronic communication, and was arrested July 8 in the 26100 block of W. Spring Grove Road, unincorporated Antioch. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of July 17.
VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
Cynthia L. Schmeisser, 68, of the 22800 block of W. Long Grove Road, Deer Park, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested July 8 in the 22800 bock of W. Long Grove Road, Deer Park. She was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 11. On July 11, Schmeisser is accused of violating an order of protection, resisting arrest, and was arrested in the 100 block of Rand Road, Lake Zurich. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of that report and was assigned a court date of July 16.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
- Jacquelyn R. Kozlov, 36, of the 38000 block of Route 59, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant out of DuPage County for criminal damage to property, retail theft, and was arrested July 9 in the 600 block of Winchester Road, Libertyville. A future court date in DuPage County was to be determined.
- Sara Kouassi, 18, of the 2100 block of Hebron Avenue, Zion, had a warrant for criminal damage to property, and was arrested July 10 in the 2100 block of Hebron Avenue, Zion. She was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 14.
CONTEMPT OF COURT
Preston M. Johnson, Jr., 45, of the 1900 block of W. Algonquin Road, Mount Prospect, had a warrant out of DuPage County for contempt of court, and was arrested July 10 in the 0-100 block of County Street, Waukegan. A future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.
RETAIL THEFT
Andrew Johnson, 60, of the 1500 block of W. Sand Bar Court, Round Lake Beach, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested July 10 in the 0-100 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 14.
BATTERY
Gilberto Aguirre, 50, of the 24600 block of W. Clinton Avenue, unincorporated Round Lake, had a warrant for battery, and was arrested July 10 in the 1200 block of W. Rollins Road, Round Lake Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 7.
DELIVERY OF CANNABIS
Ruben A. Lagunas, 24, of the 26700 block of N. Longmeadow Circle, unincorporated Mundelein, had a warrant for delivery of cannabis, new charge of obstructing identification, and was arrested July 12 in the 26700 block of N. Longmeadow Circle, unincorporated Mundelein. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of July 22.
AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON
Jaquita D. Williams, 31, of the 2800 block of Elisha Avenue, Zion, is accused of aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, and was arrested July 13 at Queensbury Lane and Cambridge Boulevard, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 20.
