RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

Juan J. Gonzalez, 20, of the 300 block of Marlene Court, Wauconda, had a warrant for residential burglary, and was arrested Oct. 21 in the 200 block of W. Water Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Oct. 29.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

Nelson Y. Ruiz-Sarmiento, 60, of the 500 block of Villa Street, Elgin is accused of driving while license revoked, suspended registration, and was arrested Oct. 21 at Routes 45 and 176, Mundelein. He was released following his arrest.

ATTEMPTED POSSESSION OF COCAINE

Richard A. Tommasetti, 61, of the 2000 block of Comanche Trail, Round Lake Beach, is accused of attempted possession of cocaine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Oct. 21 at Washington Street and Lakewood Terrace, Round Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 20.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Hailey A. Gertz, 23, of the 26100 block of Lakeview Avenue, Ingleside, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Oct. 21 at Washington Street and Lakewood Terrace, Round Lake. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 18.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Alfredo P. Reinoso, 25, of the 1400 block of Beverly Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of having no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 22 at Route 45 and Rollins Road, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released following his arrest.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

Angela L. Haverty, 45, of the 1100 block of Larkdale Row, Wauconda, is accused of criminal trespass to property, child endangerment, and was arrested Oct. 22 in the 3800 block of Salem Lake Drive, Long Grove. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 20

RESISTING ARREST

Charles A. Leibfritz, 36, of the 800 block of Sandra Lane, Cary, had a warrant for resisting arrest, and was arrested Oct. 22 in the 700 block of Cedarwood Circle, Round Lake Heights. he was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 4.

IDENTITY THEFT

  • Lamar E. Whitehead, 44, of the 1500 block of Grove Avenue, North Chicago, had a warrant out of Kenosha County, Wisconsin, for identity theft, and was arrested Oct. 24 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. A future court date in Kenosha County was to be determined at the time of the report.
  • Ashley L. Willecke, 41, of the 37000 block of N. Shirley Drive, unincorporated Gurnee, had a warrant for identity theft, and was arrested Oct. 27 at Lewis Avenue and Yorkhouse Road, Waukegan. She was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 12.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A STOLEN VEHICLE

Karl W. Miller, 47, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, driving while license revoked, and was arrested Oct. 24 in the 11400 block of W. Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 14.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Troy V. Whitlow, 62, of the 300 block of E. Circle Hill Drive, Arlington Heights, had a warrant for disorderly conduct, and was arrested Oct. 25 in the 4000 block of Lake Cook Road, Northbrook. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 19.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Ramunas Klimasauskas, 45, of the 900 block of E. Capri Drive, Palatine, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 25 at Midlothian and Gilmer roads, Hawthorn Woods. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 18.
  • Alfredo E. Jarquin-Rocha, 31, of the 0-100 block of Philippa Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, no driver's license, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 27 at Route 176 and Waukegan Road, Lake Bluff. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 4.
  • Amanda M. Knutson, 40, of the 100 block of E. Donovan Avenue, Woodstock, had a warrant for DUI, domestic battery out of McHenry County, and was arrested Oct. 27 at Route 59 and Petite Lake Road, unincorporated Lake Villa. A future court date in McHenry Count was to be determined at the time of the report.
