Shannon D. Johnson, 38, of the 33500 block of N. Idlewild Drive, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of endangering the life of a child, and was arrested July 29, in the 33500 block of N. Idlewild Drive, unincorporated Grayslake. She was released, and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Eric Salazar-Quebrado, 29, of the 300 block of Apollo Court, Round Lake, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, unlawful possession of a controlled substance. He is being detained in the Lake County Jail and a court date of Aug. 27 was assigned.
  • Daniel M. Schlinder, 40, of the 4500 block of N. Riverdale Road, McHenry, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested July 31 in the 31700 block of Route 12, Volo. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail and was assigned a court date of Aug. 27.

FORGERY

Alaye R. Banks, 29, of the 2300 block of Western Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for forgery, theft, and was arrested July 30 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. They were released and assigned a court date of Aug. 21.

BATTERY

  • Dijon Caffie, 26, of the 1200 block of Park Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of battery, and was arrested on July 31 at Lake County Jail. They were being held there on other charges and were assigned a court date of Aug. 13.
  • Barion Mhoon, 18, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of battery, and was arrested on July 31 at Lake County Jail. They were being held there on other charges and were assigned a court date of Aug. 28.
  • Rayond Davis, 37, of the 8900 block of S. Emerald Avenue, Chicago, is accused of battery, and was arrested on July 31 at Lake County Jail. They were being held there on other charges and were assigned a court date of Aug. 28.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Jaiver I. Rios-Cervantes, 24, of the 0-100 block of Fox Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested July 31 at Grand Avenue and Wesley Road, Ingleside. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 18.
  • David. W. Hammit, 60, of the 900 block of Hartford Drive, Gurnee, is accused of DUI alcohol, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Aug. 2 at Route 45 and Rollins Road, unincorporated Gurnee. He was released and was assigned a court date of Sept. 11.
  • Joshua M. Goik, 29, of the 3800 block of Woodstock Street, Wonder Lake, is accused of DUI alcohol, unlawful possession of ammo, and was arrested Aug. 2 at Route 60 and Hawley Street, Mundelein. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 4.
  • Albert L. Rogers, Jr., 36, of the 2800 block of W. Grandville Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 3 at Talmadge Avenue and Gish Avenue, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Sept. 18.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • Melissa A. Butler, 42, of the 40200 block of N. Lake Shore Drive, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving while license suspended, no valid registration, displaying fraudulent registration, open transportation of alcohol, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, and was arrested July 31 at Route 137 and N. East End Avenue, unincorporated Libertyville. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail and was assigned a court date of Aug. 27.
  • Maurice Carter, 19, of the 700 block of Sharon Avenue, Park City, is accused of driving while license suspended, aggravated speeding (87 mph in a 55 mph zone), no insurance, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Aug. 1 at Routes 41 and 137, North Chicago. He was released following his arrest.
  • Dillon J. Sustre, 31, of the 800 block of New York Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, improper transportation of cannabis, no insurance, and was arrested Aug. 2 at Route 45 and Brae Lock Road, Grayslake. He was released following his arrest.
  • Ramya L. McGee, 20, of the 400 block of Meadow Green Lane, Round Lake Beach, had a warrant out of McHenry County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Aug. 3 at Route 132 and Gurnee Mills Circle, Gurnee. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Laura Valencia-Sanchez, 24, of the 2400 block of Lewis Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for violating an order of protection, and was arrested Aug. 1 in the 2400 block of Lewis Avenue, Waukegan.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT TO A PEACE OFFICER

Dayon L. Sanders, 36, of the 400 block of W. Riverside Drive, Lakemoor, is accused of aggravated assault to a peace officer, resisting arrest, and was arrested Aug. 2 in the 24100 block of Route 12, unincorporated Lake Zurich. They were released and assigned a court date of Aug. 13.
