Des Plaines Native to Star in '9 to 5, The Musical'

Des Plaines native Susan Moniz will star in the The Marriott Theater production of '9 to 5, The Musical.'

The show is based on the 1980 hit movie. The show opens Aug. 21 at The Marriott Theater, 10 Marriott Drive in Lincolnshire. Moniz will play Judy Bernly in the show

Moniz last appeared on the Marriott stage in Now and Forever –The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber. She recently appeared inOklahoma! at the Chicago Lyric Opera House having been in their past productions of Show Boat and The Merry Widow.
