Des Plaines Woman, 70, Found Dead In Early Morning Fire: Report

DES PLAINES, IL — A 70-year-old woman was found dead following an early Friday morning fire in Des Plaines, according to reports.

The fire occurred in the 700 block of Fifth Court, with the woman identified by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office as a resident of the home.

Journal & Topics is reporting the woman died following the blaze, which occurred during the overnight hours.
